This was one of the worst customer service experiences ever. Marble slab at this location, according to Google, closes at 10:30 pm. We got to the location at 10 pm and the two employees were already closing up shop when we went to choose our ice cream flavours. Then one of the employees asked, “can you please hurry up?” She seems very rushed to get off her shift but it was 30 min before they were supposed to close. She told us that the toppings could not be mixed in because of the slab being turned off already. She tried to put gummy bears on top of my ice cream & 3 to 4 gummy bears fell onto the counter. They just slapped on two big chunks of cookie dough on top of my ice cream without mixing it in and still had a bad attitude while serving us. don’t ever go to this location!!!
Very bad costumer service and professionalism. The cake was good though hence the one star. I had ordered a birthday cake from this location because they deliver to the water park in west Edmonton mall. Talked to the water park employees and was told where it would be delivered etc. it all seemed very simple and easy. 2pm I am waiting at guest services and I get a call that the guy is down below at the entrance ( mind you I am in my bikini). So I travel all the way through the locker rooms to the entrance in my bathing suit the guy says my name and I say yes and gives me the cake and leaves right away. I realize it’s the wrong cake but he is gone already so I try calling him no answer. So I call the location tell them they gave me the wrong cake. I was told “ oh we have 2 cakes the same size”. So whatever I’m waiting at the entrance about 15 minutes with the wrong cake very uncomfortable in my bathing suit. Receive another call this time a girl with my cake above at guest services. I tell her that I am downstairs at the entrance as I have this other cake ( it’s not just a typical cake, it’s a big slab cake) she tells me she physically cannot come meet me so I am very mad at this point and take this wrong cake through the locker rooms/ showers all the way into the water park and when I meet her she gives me my cake and I asked for the receipt she says she did not bring it. By far the worst service I have ever had. If it was not an ice cream cake and my sister holding everyone back in the room I would not have just left it, but I cannot explain just how extremely disappointing it was dealing with this. Save yourself the hassle and do not order a cake from this location. I ended up going to pick up a receipt when I was out of the water park and had 4 employees ask if I needed anything before one was actually able to just grab it. Just absolutely ridiculous
Waste of time going to this Marble Slab; you can only bring cash to pay with and the server today was probably 14-15 years old. Had never heard of Pistachio Ice Cream. Wondered what was in it…Probably trying to get as much cash out before closing the doors.
There is a tall employee lady , she dont have any sense how to speak with the people. ?
The ice cream is tasty but the staff is not professional at all. The staff was preparing the ice cream and the manager came and told her to use less mixings in the ice cream. Greedy manager
Ice cream ? mixed your way. Select your favourite ice cream ? and then a ice cream mixer will add in any ingredients in that you like. Once done then you can eat your ice cream ? in a cup or a cone. My experience was good ?. My mixer was polite and helpful.
A wonderful mall and great customer survice with good food options. A women named Maryam kamali help my wife by returning her purse that she forgot.

Real ice cream and the mix the toppings you want so you don't just have them on the top of the ice cream but throughout. Very good quality. the cone-cups were a bit hard to eat but still enjoyed them. Will go back each time we are in the area.
