I just went to get milkshake or smoothie reached @8:40. It was pretty busy and just 1 staff. After waiting 15 minute went to place order and told no smoothie or milkshake available. Pretty disappointed.
Nice place to take the Family out of the house for a quick treat. So many flavors, I try a new one every time.
I was suppose to order a custom photo cake 48hrs in advance but I didn't realize and ordered the day before. The staff were very accommodating and the cake looked and tasted great.
Was about to go here then saw the long list of horrible reviews... I'm sure many others have done the same, hopefully this will be a wake up call to management/owners to change things up and make their business successful...I'm sure they're struggling thru covid as well... would be suprised if they had to shutdown!
They have the worst manager ever. She doesn’t know what she is doing. Her name is Lisa. She mixed our orders and its melted in seconds. She doesn’t know customer service. They have promotions and doesn’t even know how to do it
Solid place to get ice cream. Staff is usually pretty quiet, but still nice. I love all the different options and customization you have. It is almost overwhelming at times. The pre-made “combos” or whatever they are called are delicious, I would highly recommend.
It was our first experience at the place and we loved it! The idea of making your own ice cream was exciting for the kids and even for us adults. They had ice cream cakes that looked very yummy so I hope we will be back soon.
Staff there is not very friendly. I was ignored while they (the two employees) continued to talk.
The Ice cream quality wasn’t great especially for the cost. The choices were quite limited and underwhelming. The staff were friendly-ish but didn’t give me the wow factor or my kids. You have the choice but I’d go somewhere else for better quality and service.
Way too expensive for portionsize. Icecream was average. Extra toppings were a good addition.
