The staff here didn't care for customers. I see no team work. Huge line ups because the there were 5 staff members and none of them wanted to attend the customers. One was filling the cups and spoons, the other was busy with answering phone calls and few others were disappearing in-between cash register and back room . None of them were quick and responsible to attend the customers and clear the line ups. There was a lady, she looked like supervisor or manager but she has no control over her team so she is just poor at management. Owners should look into this. Because it wasn't that busy.
Way over price for the lack of quality as well as very small quantities... would rather recommend McDonald's or Dairy Queen ice cream. On a plus side employees are very nice
Absolutely terrible service. Every time I go in a young lady—Ashley I believe—treats me with a very rude attitude. I can see her talking about me to her coworkers and laughing, terrible demeanour, and almost slammed the receipt when she gave it to me. Such a shame, the ice cream is decent but I don’t think I will be coming back with this service. Other reviews will attest to the customer service at this location.
We purchased a mother's day icecream cake, apple crumble, and could not eat it. Too much crumble and hardly any icecream. We returned the cake to marble slab. Not sure if we will try another .
I love to buy different ice-cream each time.

So I ordered a marble slab ice cream cake for my son's birthday, I sent a picture stating, I want the cake like this one.. when you say like this one, I expect to get the same as the one that I sent, including the same color. But verey dissapointed.. They gave me a color pick cake instead of green. I understand that they can't make exactly the same decoration as what I want like the picture so they send and alternate picture, but the color???. It ruins my son's birthday. And there's nothing they could do about it. Not even a word of apology.
I visited the store at 9:48 pm. But it was closed even though it said that it was closing at 10 pm. That’s ridiculous. There were no employees over there, no open sign, lights off, screens all covered. They can’t do that. As it was supposed to be open till 10 pm. Really disappointed with the incident.
Not sure of the ingredients they used to make there ice cream. But there flavors really tastes natural.
The lady in there was super nice and the ice cream is awesome
