Service was slow, when we got there one employee was helping a customer and the other was just standing there, there was two of us and two other customers behind us. When the employee who was helping the first customer came over to serve us. Then the employee just standing around help the people behind us, so I don’t understand why we had to wait. My mum ordered the raspberry cheesecake cone and it had like 2 whole berries in it, and it was pretty much completely melted when they handed it to her. It was liquid, she practically had to drink it out of the cone. I understand that ice cream melts but for $7 per cone it should be somewhat solid when it gets passed to the customer. A complete waste of money and a huge disappointment.

This is definitely the worst service here. The gentleman who prepared my son’s birthday cake end up messed up my son’s birthday cake order. He didn’t asked me what Color to put on my son’s birthday. My son only wanted the Happy Birthday in red and the gentleman staffs working end up lying after he messed up the order. He lied and says he used blue colours instead of red because the red colour will end up in pink instead. I found out he lied to cover up his mistake. Even after change the colour from blue to red. The top cake was a messed because he had to take the top off the cake to redo it again. The Marble Slab App didn’t work because there was no internet inside the store. I end up going somewhere else and found internet connections. I came back 5 minutes later and he won’t honour the offers on my App even if I came back in 5 minutes and he messed up on my birthday cake order. It was really bad staffed, bad and not knowledgeable no services here. I was really disappointed with the unprofessional and not good advice and bad services here.

The guy who was working was really friendly, but the cone I had was very chewy and not crunchy. The ice cream was good like usual though!

The service was alright. Nothing memorable. The ice cream itself was decent. I was worried the cone was going to be stale based on all the other reviews; thankfully it was not.

The best tasting real ice cream around. The workers are all nice and accommodating. We always come here for yummy ice cream

The store was supposedly open this evening at 8pm. There was a sign on the door stating the store was closed for five minutes. We waited for twenty minutes, a girl could be seen walking around in the back area. We knocked and was ignored.Don't bother going to this location.

Best ice cream cakes. Bought a peanut butter cup cake for my daughter's birthday.

Gross, avoid this place. Firstly, the ice cream I had just tasted bad. The chocolate mix-ins I got were stale and waxy tasting, disgusting. The ice cream base I chose had an undeniable artificial flavour to it and was so subpar especially at nearly $7 for a cone. The person making the ice cream was not wearing a mask (we both were while being in the store). The tables inside were dirty and unwiped, and there were no measures taken to sanitize the debit machine before/after each customer use. There are so many amazing local ice cream shoppes in the city, I'd recommend giving your business to them instead of this quality-lacking chain.

I absolutely LOVE Marble Slab as an Ice Cream store but THIS LOCATION is a NO GO. Went in at 9:50 pm (10 minutes before closing) and got denied for an ice cream. If you guys turn off your slab 15 minutes before closing then put the closing time as that because the staff(Juliet in my case) clearly denies to serve saying that it’s just a few minutes to closing and the slab is off so we are not taking any orders. YOU CAN PICK A PLAIN ICE CREAM IN A CUP IF YOU WANT then wouldn’t I have went into a walmart and bought it?? I love adding the toppings and visit the one in south common almost every weekend with my family. Never returning here for business.

Moved here few weeks ago and must go place is here. Best ice cream ever
