COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY .Got them to add almonds to my ice cream and they served me ice cream with worst ever bitter tasting almonds. ??????????????????????????????????????????????????. The girl said that pistachio flavour itself is not supposed to be that sweet ! I KNOW THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN PISTACHIO AND ALMONDS .
I wish I could give them a zero. Was served ice cream soup. I asked to speak to a manager and they never returned my call. The next day I called again. The first couple times no one answered. Eventually someone did pick up the phone and left it on the counter without saying a word. I thought this was an accident I called again a half hour later and the staff did the exact same thing. Worst customer service. Will NOT be returning.

The bad reviews have no idea what they're talking about, the staff have been nothing but super friendly every time I've gone, (which is lots) they even stayed open a few minutes past closing to let me get ice cream despite them already closing up. The ice cream is always exceptional and the toppings are a delight, definitely visit some time if you want some quality premium ice cream
The hot fudge was cold but still served to me in a huge glob of cold fudge. The spoon i was given is the cheapest plastic spoon you can find and is to thin and bendable to scoop the ice cream, how am i supposed to eat the ice cream if the spoon does not work, i got ice cream all over my hands because of it. Overall it was a bad experience that put me in a bad mood walking into this ice cream shop, i would never invest money into this company because they cant get the little things to work right and i can guarantee this location wont be here in 5 years because they cant even make sure a simple fudge machine is plugged in. I have never had a bad experience here. They always smile when I walk in. The ice cream is always fresh and the combinations are endless!
I found a hair deep inside my ice cream after having a few spoonfuls. Didn't want to think too much of it, but definitely was not too pleased with my discovery - decided to just throw the whole thing away. My friend also ordered a mango ice cream, only to discover there were nuts at the bottom of the cup... not good if you're allergic!
Worst location ever! I recommend not eating at this place... First of all the staff is terribly rude, most of the ice cream looks and tastes freezer burnt and let’s not forget about the stale cones and rock hard toppings. I tried this location for the first time a couple of days ago and I’ll never return. Another thing was that I had to use the rest room and I almost threw up at how unclean the toilet was! I’m pretty sure it hadn’t been done in weeks! Save your time and money and go to Dairy Queen or something... it’s definitely a lot cheaper and bigger and fresher portions. I would definitely give this place 0 stars if I could.
