Ordered a month ago small tray of pancit absolutely no taste and gross. Thought give restaurant another try and order meat platter (steak, chicken, pork) and only get steak and chicken. Not impressed drive 25 mins for not right orders and not good.Lost customer save your $$$ and try other philipino restaurants
Poor customer service, was standing at the front door no one greeted us, they were busy arguing with each about a mix up on the order. I was not able to wait for them to have us seatedSo I said, can we seatOurselves and then she said i didn’t even know you were here.Then we ordered and we waited nearly 30mins toAn hour for our food, the whole time there’s arguments in amongst the staff. Very unprofessional ambiance and just lack of anything fromThis place.Food is ok here but maybe they could improve the service.Drinks didn’t even come till all food have arrived, wrong order has arrived I didn’t say anything anymore but very disappointed in this kind of service.Im not fond of leaving bad reviews but this one needs oneLike this if you are hungry and don’t have a lot of patience come here not when you are starving.Hope there service gets better.
Ate here for the first time last night! The food tastes amazing and is 100% authentic. The business is family owned and run by Filipinas. Great atmosphere, great food, amazing service! I will be eating here again soon!
Ordered Manila Grill tonight for the first time and loved the meat platter and other options we bought. So delicious! Even all 3 kids liked it, which is rare!
This is the second time ordering from Manila grill express. First time was awesome; the Caldereta was Cooked to perfection and came with so much meat. The sauce wasn’t oily, nice and thick. Today - the potato wasn’t even cooked, much less meat, and the sauce was SO oily. It affected the flavour so much. We ordered lumpia and it wasn’t friend long enough. The beef pares is a joke for $13 with like 6 small pieces of meat and the rest rice. The kare kare was the only saving grace. Overall quite disappointed this second time around. Thought I had found a place close to home for lazy takeout dinners but it seems like I was wrong.
I’ve been to Manila several times.I must say the the quality of food was better than any restaurant I tried in Manila.I strongly recommend Manila Grill Express!!
The sisig had too much fat instead of meat. Quite expensive, even the service fee is expensive ($14.99). Good food but having lunch there again, I might have to think twice.
This restaurant single handedly ruined our Christmas dinner plans. They took our order and on the day of pick up they denied they received an order. It's not the first time they do this as they were once caught with the order on their white board and then they claimed they forgot. Buyers beware, don't trust this restaurant with your orders or maybe call them 5x to remind them and get their names so they can't lie.
