I was really excited to try this place based on some good reviews I had heard. The fried chicken was really good (appetizer) but the mains that my friend and I got, the daily special spicy beef soup and the seolleongtang, were both only passable. They were underwhelming and other than spice/water, they didn't really have a lot of actual meat/vegetables in the soup. I would really hope to come back and give this place another try.
Easily one of my favorite Korean restaurants now! Small menu but superbly executed and very reasonably priced for the quality of food. We'll certainly be back! The chef is also very friendly! ??
A 5 star foodie experience in an otherwise unassuming strip mall location. The service was fast and superb (responsive waitress and chef comes out and greet). The price is very reasonable compared to the top notch quality you are getting. The avacado and shrimp salad and seolleongtang are a must try. Definitely my top pick for Korean food around YEG.
We ordered beef noodle soup & crispy chicken wings. The soup was tasty & the bread crumbs coated wings were very crisy. We saw people ordered pork ribs & also grilled chicken on hot plates. Smelled so good! Except for the small selection on the menu, but for sure we will come again.
First time here. The fried chicken was very crispy outside and very juicy inside. I loved it. The beef noodle soup was very good too.The soup was concentrated and very tasty. I would for sure to come back to try other dishes.
We ordered half of the menu and all the dishes were great. The Blossom, tilapia feature, and soup were especially amazing. The chef is very personal. Best Korean restaurant in the city.
Love love love their food there! Their chef Jacky is so super nice. Support local! We usually call ahead to see do they have the secret menu item Tofu Soup.
I recommend trying their daily special.
Hands down one of the best Korean Restaurants in Alberta. Must eat here. You will not be disappointed. ? 5 stars!
The food here can speak for themselves! They are so delicious and the owner/chef Jacky is such a genuine person. I had been here many times and was never disappointed. The only suggestion I have, is if they can expand the menu more.
