Should’ve Just Gone to Thai ExpressHad high hopes after seeing the good ratings. Was expecting some high quality Thai food. The staff were polite but didn’t check on me after the food was served - no napkins or water refills. The coconut rice was far too sweet to my taste - I want it to taste as if real coconut has been added, not some sort of sugar coconut flavored syrup. The red curry wasn’t spicy and had a few millimeters of some kind of fat oroil floating on the top. Very greasy - not a nice mouth feel. Ended up feeling sick from the grease. Taste was just okay. Half way through eating noticed a dark hair in my curry. Decided it didn’t seem like a place to bother complaining (which I see I was right based off another review). Paid and left. For the quality I’d have been better off at Thai Express. I’ll be sticking to Siam and Symphay from now on for great Thai.
Ordered Phad Thai and Red Curry for takeaway, so far the BEST Thai food that we ate in Edmonton and we tryed a quiet few "top rated" places. Tasted fresh tasty and clean.Need to support business like this with tasty food!!
Disappointed with the service today. The food tasted very good. But unfortunately there was a small flies in my green curry dish. The waitress came and said if it’s ok to change to the new dish. We refused for the changes. What surprised me was she never apologize for their kitchen’s mistake. She took away the food without any apologies.. sounded like it’s normal.. ?? is it ok to have flies in the food you serve to customers?
I love Thai food and thought I would try this based on the reviews. Very disappointed. I got the chicken pad Thai and my daughter had the beef pad Thai. Can't get past the smell (wet dog). If this is what it is supposed to smell like then it's just not my thing but it was very pricy and neither of us could eat it. Would not recommend ? the stuffed crab appetizer was ok but overpriced for what it was.
I'm Thai, this place is the only one in Edmonton the taste is closest to authentic Thai food. Pad Thai is very tasty, no ketchup sauce in Pad Thai. It's real Pad Thai just like the one in Thailand. And also the Massaman short rib is SO Delicious. “RECOMMEND”
Been having my lunch there since 3 days. The host Chompu was awesome and polite.Food was authentic and the taste was customized to the Thai local spice level. Ingredients were clean and fresh. Do try the Tom Yum soup at any cost!! Yummm

Just ate our first order from Loft - absolutely delicious. Had the Pad Thai and Hands on Chicken Satay. Super delicious and still warm on delivery. A bit on the high side price wise but totally worth it. We will be coming here again for sure.

Food was good, service was good. Ordered the Pad Thai. Cute little place. Would definitely go back.
