Greassy chicken. Location can't keep up to demand so don't have time for chicken to rest on drip trays and ends up leaving pools of grease at bottom of bucket . Peices are now way smaller than ever before at high prices.This location can never get an offer right for customers.
KFC is always good on a hot day but the gravy has no flavor in it which killed my fries hoping it would be better
Over the last 4 years I have optimistically eaten at several KFC Restaurants in my city, and been sadly disappointed. The original flavour seems to be a shadow of its former self, perhaps they use less spice or changed the recipe, but it has been a continuing disappointment, ditto for the gravy. After the last time I swore would not waste my money, but did anyway. I do not think they care for I am of a different generation and the current ones have nothing to compare it to.
I think they are cooking there chicken prior to orders.Not cooked fresh lately. Quality going down at this location.

EXTREMELY SALTY. (and I'm a salt lover)Have ordered 3 separate times now and the seasoning just isn't the same as it used to be. Wanted to make sure a few times before I left a review, since I have come here to this location since it first opened. Will not be returning, sadly.
I USED to love the children strips recommend them to everyone but one night I bought some and they were extremely salty but I thought it was a one time mistake.this time they were just as salty or worse and I love salt but this is too much I won't buy anything from KFC anymore
My wife, myself and 8 year old son, ordered a 20 piece with fries and gravy. All of us were up all night with food poisoning, our son got so sick we were contemplating taking him to the hospital as he wouldn't stop vomiting. Could not reach a manager at all.
Never order from this location, the guy that works there doesn’t know how to talk to customers he yells at people the food isn’t make fresh I don’t wash their hands, if u don’t want tot get sick don’t order from this location
My order was the 4piece chicken meal .. the size of chicken pieces was almost microscopic. The quality was real bad. I noticed that one of the pieces tasted really bad as it has been sitting in a fridge for a day and was warned up by re-frying it again. For $13.11 I think we deserve better quality and difenitly better chicken. Compared to the KFC in the US, this is shameful performance when it comes to price and quality for sure.The staff are not that friendly and size you before packing your meal.
