Bathroom was disgusting, we waited 24 minutes for 1 big crunch combo. The lady before us came in and was told a 9 minute wait from the drive through and waited 30 mins before coming inside to complain. The other guy in line had waited 10 mins without them taking his order and he ended up leaving... this KFC is bad . Food was okay but the place needs to get it together
This is the greasy chicken I have ever been served in my entire life! Soaked a hole right in the bottom of the box and my napkin wasn’t enough to take all the grease. This place is an abomination. If I could have rated at negative stars I would haveUpdate -? KFC responded to my review asked me to email them back for more info and so I did but , not surprised to report that the email address was a dead end and address could not be found. Leads me to believe their trying to save face on a public forum but don’t really want to hear more. Doubt they will make any steps towards improvement
Worst KFC in the whole wide world ?. Very rude and slower staff in the universe literally, I placed my order at 8:03pm and at 8:33pm no food yet decided to go inside to check when I got in the dumpster staff telling me to have a tenders instead of the chicken thighs and legs that I ordered because the ones I ordered was burnt I said no my kids want what they ordered about 30 minutes ago, he said it will take another 15 minutes, I was very mad but we waited and our food and finally got the food at 9:07pm. I will never ever buy food from that location and don’t ever either if you are in a hurry or if you respect time.
Was So hungry…hoped other reviews were one-offs. Rude guy at drive thru said “it’s ALWAYS fresh!!’ When I asked if it could be made fresh. Chicken was in edible… Just awful. waste of time and money and now I’ve lost my appetite
This KFC Restaurant has have a very slow service i don’t know about them but i always waiting for my order minimum of 10mins
This is the worst KFC on the planet. If you go here, get your head checked! I just waited 15mins to be told they have run out of chicken and it would another 25mins. This is only one of many times I have tried to support them and had very poor experiences. Honestly this business is an embarrassment to the KFC franchise.
Worst KFC in Edmonton. I live across the road from this one. It's convenient but now have returned to my original store Kfc Namao. The problem with this store is Drive thru at 6pm for a 9 piece meal for example they have no chicken say the wait is 25 min. This has happened few times during peak hours. This store is scared to have left over chicken. NEVER have chicken ready. Also when you do get some you only get wings and drumsticks with 9 to 20 piece meals you may find one breast or thigh. For the most part giving you scraps. The staff is rude barely speak English and definitely don't serve service with a smile. This store has many other issues pertaining to their service and quality. I'm just noting the main things here Never any chicken and always drumsticks and wings. This store is rated low for a reason I hope the franchisee reads the reviews on Google and the many other sites that have it rated low. Also KFC canada should yank this store owner.
From the other reviews it looks like this location needs a change. The most tasteless food and they can't be bothered to fill up the containers. Heaven forbid if you have a question in the drive thru. I won't be back.
Most disgusting meal I have had from a KFC. Everything was cold except the salad which was warm. 2 pieces of chicken were old and reheated I'm sure because they were like leather. It also didn't taste like KFC normally does. This will be my last time ordering from this location.
Extremely Rude Staff, This is not a third world country treat your customers with respect please. I'm paying money for your service not the other way around. Worst location in the city. The entire staff needs to be fired. I should have read the reviews before going to eat here. If Management want to review who was on staff . It happened at 7:30pm March 10. Won't be coming back other chicken places nearby.
