Terrible service apparently drive thru more important at hour before close not happy at all and takes for ever in store but drive Thur get same meal you order right away feel first person service should be better than drive thru come here pretty often not so much now
Didn't get everything we ordered. The place was very clean but the floors were extremely slick. Got eat in in a take out and no forks. Not 100% sure but I stopped my husband from eating a piece of chicken because it was still bleeding at the bone. Won't be going back there.
Ordered a 10 piece with 3 sides the sides were good . But the chicken was saturated with the grease it was cooked in no crunch at all.
The gravy is watered down. I think the owners are so cheap that they water down the gravy instead of making a fresh batch with the proper measurements to save money . Fries were old and cold, chicken wasn’t old but it wasn’t fresh either. What a of 30$ for dinner. I came here during dinner time because im expecting fresh food. Terrible
Westlyn was amazing tonight. He has great customer service even though i changed my order too many times. Sorry bout that. I can tell he's consistent with his positive and amazing attitude because he was still very nice and clear even after a line up of cars. The team tonight May 07, 2022 was also fast service. This place is terrible. Zero stars. The chicken we received was soggy, over-fried and extremely greasy compared to other locations. Looks like leftover, re-warmed chicken from their lunch hour.Not the first time the food was horrible - should have taken the hint. Staff person on the phone was also rude when I called. She also said they had no chicken since 3pm. I was there at 4pm so not sure what I paid for then. I think she meant they had no “fresh” chicken since 3pm. Dodgy! Save your money and go elsewhere.
The last 4 times here they missed an item on my order. I've been waiting over 15 min for my 10 pc bucket with corn, mash potatoes, and macaroni salad. They said they'd come to the parking lot. I can't go in and ask either as the door is locked. They brought out food to the two cars after me who were also in the lot ?
The drive-thru box needs to be fixed. Employee taking order did not hear us well and missed items that were ordered and we could not hear the employee that was trying to take our order.. probably the most important part of a drive-thru is the speaker box if that dose not work, everything will always be wrong .
Very poor experience here. I've gotten a plant based box meal here twice and both times there was maybe 5-7 strands of lettuce and barely any mayo on the sandwhich. The box also comes with popcorn chicken and so far 2 out of 2 times there was 5 pieces of popcorn chicken. Very disappointed. Avoid going here. Plus the staff is rude here. I've ordered here before as well when I used to eat chicken but always faced a similar issue. Lack of sauce, poor presentation, not fresh food. I've had the popcorn chicken and plant based sandwhich from different locations and had a fairly different experience. Would not recommend this location. The one on parson road is much better and food tastes way better!
Ordered online and went to pick up through drive thru. They didn't see that I had ordered when I arrived but they made it really fast anyways. It was hot and delicious.
