Love kfc and if they over cook the fried chicken theres no arguing they'll replace it for a fresh batch
Best location so far. The food was prepared quick even with a chicken shortage. Non greasy compared to most. Super friendly staff

Food is great. They make it fresh so you might be waiting a while but it's worth it and the staff are genuine and courteous people doing their best. Probably the best KFC location based on staff and quality
This store has improved in recent months. Staff are friendly and efficient. Location is clean. Food is pretty consistently above average. The remodel of the store is nice.
This is the best kfc in Edmonton. Famous sandwich with fresh crisp pickles, fried chicken is giant size like my uncle’s dishes. Patient services and quickly bagging. Only one bad thing is no public man’s room.
Went through the drive thru at 7:09PM. They didn't have any chicken ready. Isn't peak times 5-8pm. Order our food, pay for it and THEN after the transaction is approved she proceeds to tell us a 7 minute wait. 20 minutes later the employee comes out to tell us another 4 minutes left on our food but it already been 20 minutes. Seems like a pretty long 7 minutes......
Corn salad and old, shrivelled and cold , fries were cold and old , we asked for all dark meat which sat under the heat lamp for awhile. Not a good experience. Think we’ll support churches chicken and Popeyes from now on .
Had the vegan chicken sandwich, and the vegan popcorn chicken. Way better than I expected!!!!Although, I said no mayo on my sandwich, and they drowned it in mayo :(
Ordered in the drive thru around 1pm - 2 chicken thighs meal + zinger box meal. Got back to work less than 5 minutes later and opened up the boxes to find watered down flavorless gravy, 1 chicken rib and 1 chicken drumstick instead of 2 thighs (which costs extra apparently), cold stale fries in both boxes, and a cold stale chicken patty on the zinger burger. I shouldn't be too surprised I guess, since the food was handed out to me less than 30 seconds from the time I ordered, but wow the quality is just terrible for being not too long after the lunch rush. Waste of $25.
