Chicken is either over cooked or they use old cooking oil. Orders have been accurate for us but when they send you to the front from drive thru the wait is ALWAYS a lot longer than they say. I’m done with this location. Sad the staff are not trained properly and the owners don’t seem to care. Ba bye!
I ordered a 3-piece combo. and recieved dry chicken. Over the years, I have noticed this location tends to get the orders wrong and the chicken quality (juiciness) has suffered immensely. The staff at this location seem to disrespect each other, too, some never calling each other by their preferred names and letting food sit in bins while customers are waiting instead of walking around and passing on the food (all when there are barely people in line and in drive-thru).What ever the case is, I do not think I will revisit anytime soon given the increase in prices, sub par service, and poor state of the chicken.
Quite possibly the worst kfc in town. At least in the running. Chicken was overcooked and dryer than the sahara desert. I love kfc when it is done right but the edmonton regional manager is probably chillin on a beach somewhere because stores in edmonton could care less about the quality. How they screw up colonels chicken is an absolute crime... i guess KFC just isnt much into thw chicken business anymore.KFC corporate just can't wait to join Blockbuster and Sears I suppose.
Processing of orders at this location is absolutely brutal. Management should be looking at their logistics. It should not take 30 minutes to process a drive through order. Definitely avoid this location!!
Placed my order in the drive-thru and was told it'd be a 15 minute wait. No problem. I was willing to wait. 30 minutes later, no food yet. Going on 40 minutes I walked in there and demanded our money back. This isn't the first time I've had problems at this location. And I saw another person walk out right after I did. This location has incompetent employees and have no idea how to get ready for dinner time rush hour!!! Never ever go there!!!!
Food was good but extremely slow service. Someone walked past me several times without greeting me and probably took my order 10 minutes after I arrived. I then waited about 20 minutes for a fairly simple order. I would not recommend this location.
Not sure what the deal is with KFC these days. Either they aren't changing the oil frequently enough or they have changed oil suppliers or they are just overcooking their chicken. Dosen't matter which location I have purchased chicken from (who doesn't like KFC right?) it has been slightly dry with a light burnt taste to it and seems to be lacking the original quantity and quality of seasoning. So sadly to say after years of enjoying the colonel it is time to say goodbye to this old time favorite as it definitely not the quality product it once was.

Ordered food through uber's eat...i have throw my food in garbage chicken and french fries were cold theres no way its uber's delivery guys faute because i was tracking him...food was stale and nasty ..dry ..cold...what waste of money..take your business else where....please fire everyone working there they playing with your business
I'm jamaican so in a KFC expert. I've never been INSIDE this particular one, only drive tru. Customer service was great and service was fast. I can honestly say that this specific kfc generally tastes BETTER than all the other branches I've tried
