Soggy sloppy skin no crisp over oily11 herbs and spices you say!, where?Have a look and judge for yourself. This would be my 3rd round at KFC around the city in the last month, each had the same result pretty much.Old Col.sanders would not approve.
Online ordering was freaking joke1 lady had online order and took more than 18 mins and people at front counter line up were waiting the whole timeInstead I left and go somewhereDo next time open your 2nd ordering counter to take other guests Instead of waiting them 15mins or more this location crews has no sense of urgency
We've been here a few dozen times. Not once has my order ever been correct. I'd strongly advise you double check your bags before departure. They will short serve the ordered items, and may even overcharge you on items like they did to us tonight. Not only did I have to go back into the restaurant after waiting FIFTEEN minutes for fresh chicken, but the overcharged us by $10. Make sure you get a receipt, because that was our mistake tonight. No receipt, no way to prove the order.To sum it all up:- Double check the order before you leave- Get your receipt, as they will conveniently forget to put it in the bagAs for us, never again. We'll find another location better managed and honest.
The KFC on 167 & 127 st is the worst you can ever go to, I was the only one in the drive thru last night around 8:03 pm I got there he told me it will take six minutes, I sat in my car at the window until 8:33pm, he then said the window was broken I should go to the front, I did and waited another ten minutes and no one came with my food, so I decided to go inside to get my food, the guy told he want to give me chicken tenders instead of chicken thighs or legs that I ordered at 8:03pm I said no that not what I ordered, he said the chicken got burnt out, so I should wait for another one it will take another 15 minutes, my kids wanted so we waited and we finally got our food at 9:07 pm. This is the second time this has happened at this location. I don’t think they know what they are doing there. Too many errors in orders and the delay is the worst I have ever seen.
The food was old not fresh not hot and didn’t taste good.
Ran out of chicken one hour before closing and asked to wait 15 minutes. That was 20 minutes ago. Several people in the restaurant waiting. The parking lot has 5 or 6 cars presumably waiting for their food. I understand keeping hot food supply low to ensure freshness and cut waste but there were a lot of angry customers tonight. I made an error coming here and I won’t repeat it.
The chicken was really good everything was good I love their gravy best place to eat
They changed the zinger sauce it tastes more like a garlic smoothy than zinger sauce
I prefer the delivery over pick up this like all places you end up waiting for your order. And that's no good for any body . But back to the food it's meal I had in my life over and over again . The big guy there got his biz down to the letter . Thank you kfc
Loved the kfc, someone got stuck thru the drive thru so i had to get some kitty litter, the kfc was so good ?
