Ordered the spicy taco box.I opened the taco, and there was maybe a mm of meat, more sauce than meat. They said that was standard amount any more is extra. So little I thought it was missed. Gave 2 stars since order was "correct" and fast, also gave me full refund when I complained about quantity..
This is what I got for $37 today! I asked for all white meat. I ordered a 6 piece chicken and it came with 2 sides (fries and coleslaw). I paid extra for a small gravy. The worst part of this was they gave me “extra small” pieces of chicken. Yes, these are chicken breasts and ribs that I paid extra money for! Not surprisingly, the chicken was so dry. This KFC store does not care about the quality of their food at all. They should be ashamed to be serving this for the money they are charging. And of course you don’t see it until you get home.
Kfc and taco-bell is mouthwatering and delicious. Just thinking of it makes me crave it. Best Food. Whenever I crave to eat something I go there.Excellent customer service & great team. Today I order taco-bell and get super fresh fries supreme as always. Love to visit agian?. Also, restaurant is so clean.
No manager on site at all no service while standing inline indoors told to use drive thru at 1:30pm on a Wednesday while there was 3 people eating at tables already inside.....what is that......never again will I go to this location!!! Paid extra $10 at place that is better and would serve me. Called Popeyes!!!!
Every once in awhile I crave some KFC. I used to love it when I was a kid . But wow..either the chickens got smaller or I just never noticed beforeA few years ago I came here and it was gross.. when the grease goes through the bag , that says a lotSo I went today and I was not impressed with two things :1. Overflowing garbage bin.. stacked trays on top of each other with leftovers on it.2. Dirty bathroom.As for the food.. it was ok .. enough to fill you up but that's about it.Customer service was ok.I might come back next year.

This particular location is just a disgrace. It is slow, the order is often wrong, the staff are consistently rude, and it is almost always dirty inside. You basically need to have a bomb go off in a Taco Bell to keep me from coming back, but this restaurant has done the job!
Waited almost 15 - 20 minutes in the drive-thru for my meal. NOT busy at all nor queue. Second time happened for me. Poor HR/general management, and customer service. Should take this seriously
Very bad food. Very salty, dry, dark coloured and extra small pcs. Also charged extra $ for white meat. Unfortunately food was not worthy.
worse store at kfc ellarslie. I order 8 pcs chicken with popcorn and fries. when im home and checked my order the chicken is only 6 pcs. very disappointed.. staff very rude.. Staff are very rude they don’t have manners how to deal with the customers.
