We were REALLY skeptical about eating at a plant based restaurant.? As meat lovers sometimes it’s hard to even consider an alternative because plant based food feels inaccessible and boring. The moment I stepped into kb&co the atmosphere was very welcoming! We went in a little scared… but were pleasantly surprised! ?Berry-Oxidant Protein Smoothie ~$9Green Curry Stew (with coconut ice ? + peanuts ?) ~$10This green curry stew is Asian approved ?the flavours are amazing, I would like to have more rice next time to finish the curry!? love the decor and the company idea of a simple, modern, casual and fast way to eat plant based food ? KB&Co was absolutely delicious! Especially with all the vegan options! My personal favourite was the coconut blt! Blew my mind, it tasted fresh and savoury! The cream cheese cookie sandwich was a great to finish the meal! Service and staff were extremely kind as well!
one word: obsessed. I don’t remember what I did before I had Mango Mojito smoothies and Thai Lentil Stew in my life.

Went to the Windermere location today. Last time I was here was before the shutdown of 2020. I was REALLY looking forward to the chocolate chip mint protein shake. Last time I had it, it was amazing. Unfortunately the one I got today did not taste good at all!! I think the girl forgot to put dates in it and it had the weakest mint’ taste. I did read the ingredient list on the menu. So throughly disappointing:( The girl that was making my smoothie looked like she was in a bad mood. I don’t think she smiled once at anyone while I was in there. The other girl working with her was too busy rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing at the customer who didn’t hear that their order was ready. What has happened to customer service? Big deal if the customer didn’t hear you. Maybe let them know a second time. I don’t think I’ll visit the Windermere location. Was so disappointed with my visit today and the drink and experience was not worth the money. Maybe better luck at another location? However, it’ll be a while until I visit any location. Meh.

This place is delicious but why is it so expensive? And why are the portions so small? I had the thai curry stew bowl not the cup! It had a little scoop of rice, 2 pieces of broccoli and soup. $9.50???? Really???? I had a small kombucha from the tap. And a square. For $18 i expect to leave full, so i wont return. Why is vegan food so expensive?
I love Kb & Co!! You MUST try the food here. It’s such a treat to eat out, or grab food to go, and know it is 100% healthy. I’ve been to three of the Alberta locations and honestly the staff are outstanding at all three locations. I’m now a regular at the new location near my house.
HOLY MOLY MACARONI!!!! I tried KB & Co for the first time today and I am just astonished by how absolutely delicious my meal was. I got the Falafel Mezza and Chocolate Chip Cookie, and oh boy, the flavor, the portions, the freshness - wow, I am truly speechless. I can feel my stomach thanking me for feeding it such great, nutritious food after so long. Thank you so much for such a wonderful meal, I am truly so grateful!
I ordered the Thai salad which was incredible! The veggies were fresh and you could not only visibly see that the dressing is house made, but it tasted as such. I also got the cream cheese cookie, I’ll be coming back for more of those and I can’t wait to try more of the menu. Good job guys!
