The drinks are overpriced for something with no real fruit, it is just a cup of syrup and power. The taste is too sweet. It also looks like the employees were never trained to be sanitary. They all use their bare hands to assemble the drinks and the same rags are used to wipe the counters and the cups.
I love the peach mango with boba. Its delicious. Staff are friendly.
The girl with long eyelashes who works there was very rude towards me. When I asked to add white pearls and said I would pay extra(on the menu it says white pearl is additional 0.50), without any hesitation she said no and walked away, acting like I was a bother to her. Which made me feel super uncomfortable.I wouldn’t recommend anyone to come unless you want to feel uncomfortable and a bother JUST FOR A SMOOTHIE.Owners please look after your staff unless you want to close down due to attitude.
I understand the hype with the other competing stores in the mall. But for some reason, this is still my favorite place to get the strawberry smoothie. If prices were a little lower I would go more often :)
The packaging and logo is really great. But I spent over 30$ and the cream cheese tasted rancid I came back to give them a chance to fix 2/3 drinks. Explain the situation even though I offered to pay for 1 drink and try to fix two but they refused with the excuse “it was a 10$ drink”. Walked away and 10 min later when we got towards the end of the third drink the same complaint that the cheese cream was very off. Will defiantly not be retuning.

Got the strawberry shortcake and was pretty good. Poor guy behind the counter was swamped wirh drink orders but was really good and friendly about the wait (waited like 5 mins max so wasnt that bad)
I was about to purchase a drink the other day and the costumer in-front of me was treated rudely by this girl employee acting up all sassy about how the costumer couldn’t decide what to order right away. Very disappointed witnessing this type of behaviour. I ended up walking away and I will never be coming back.
We tried the mango boba tea n mango peach smoothie. Both were good. Worth the money.
There was a fly in my drink, I asked for a refund and got no response
