I’m so FRUSTRATED with this store. If your rewards system does not work, then DO NOT launch it! I’ve been told contacted customer service and a month past no response at all. I ordered 4 drinks at WEM location and they scan my reward that works perfectly fine! Why your store always having issues?! I will never ever come back to this location again.
The girl there made my drink in such a timely manner, impeccable service. The place was very clean and tidy. Despite being busy the staff working were very organized.
Honestly i never write reviews but I witnessed something today that’s been bothering me, hence I’m writing this review. I went to this location today around 4-5pm , as soon i walked in i saw about 3 people waiting, one lady, another guy ahead of her and one delivery guy there to pick up an order. There was only one girl working there but despite all that she made 6 drinks in less then 5 mins and attended to me right away to ask what I wanted. Not only that she asked me how I’m and what i would like to have. What kinda combos they had , the price difference between large and small , specials everything really! Once i paid for my order , she went back to making drinks , handed the guy his drink and while she was making the online order since that was the second person to arrive , this lady started to get mad , the poor girl left the other order and gave her priority by making her drink first yet this lady started to complain about the wait, once her drink was given to her she said to the girl working there how she doesn’t like the drink , the worker offered if she can change anything within the smoothie to which the lady replied no. Then she said i want another drink to which the worker replied mam i can try to fix what you dont like but i cant make you another drink. That customer then went on to say ohh i see a hair to which the employee said mam i do not see anything but i can make you the same drink again ( smiling), after which that customer just stormed off. I felt so bad for that girl , she’s honestly the sweetest and always makes everything perfectly. It’s just sad to see such people make life harder for such sweet people.
The owner Smita, and her staff provide great service at this location . This place is always clean and tidy . They Provide smoothies at a timely manner and staff is friendly !
She must be new. Ordered 3 drinks and all of them were supposed to be smoothies and had the consistency of their juices.I also got a banana strawberry smoothie and it tastes like water. Disappointed after spending 25 dollars
Always wait least 20 mins, 1st made wrong smoothie then I let her know and she attempted to make the proper one didn't do it properly so she just added more cranberry juice and gave it to me. My smoothie has more of a juice consistency than a smoothie? paying 9 dollars a drink wish it could at least be proper.
I love this place. The first time I went, I told the lady that I have a peanut allergy and now when I go, she remembers each time! The staff is great, it's very clean and bright. Please support this business! Also, the smoothies are amazing.
I ordered a big blue juice and she had to reblend it three times. Because she didn’t add enough apple juice. The bathrooms are filthy here, and the garbage is overflowing. The floors, and tables,are filthy too. The woman making the drinks touches cash, and then puts her hand inside the cup when grabbing it. She doesn’t seem to know anything about food handling.
I would give this place, like -10000 stars If possible. I have an open river flowing of bad things about things place endless. Imma keep it short and sweet:1. Terrible smoothies2. Horrible customer service3. Had rotten apples in one of my smoothies4. Employees rude and unreasonable5. Horrible hygene6. Takes FOREVERNever come here, like ever. Don't waste your time. You'll regret it.
My order “ large smoothie and a wrap” . They charge me full price, I didn’t notice till I got my order . I just asked how come I don’t get the combo price . Response “ Sir you didn’t say you won’t combo “ lol . Never coming back here …
