Joeys is a favourite by far! It has a great selection of food and drinks. The restaurant is beautiful, the staff are nice and efficient. The food is delicious every time! I had the salmon bowl (not sure the actual name) but it was exactly what I wanted at that time, along with the watermelon drink which is a perfect drink to bring in summer.Also their tacos are so tasty, I ate many of those last summer and I’ll be back for more this summer! :)
We love eating at Joey, but we just went there last night. We took our two daughters, who are not babies and old enough to eat off the menu, and we didn’t get service after being seated for 15 mins. Not even a check in or anything. It was not busy and it was clear families are not welcome. We had to walk out as it was clear we weren’t going to be served. We were disappointed in the service as we normally love Joeys.

Joey South Common is our favourite go-to place. Joey has something for everyone! Whether it’s a delicious burger, steak or appy. The staff are always welcoming and friendly! I highly recommend Joey South Common ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
great food and fabulous service
I came here for a friend's birthday. Overall, the food is great, had the Salmon with asparagus. Never tasted asparagus like that before, crispy and thin. It complimented the Salmon well. It's just hard for big groups to be close to each other. We were 8 and we were split into 2 tables. It's hard to be cozy with each other when you sit afar from each other and the music is so loud. Our server is nice too, but we're not sure if her voice is really that sweet or she's just faking her voice. You know those ladies who try to talk sweetly with a high pitch voice? You don't really have to put that much effort which becomes a bit annoying if it's not your real voice. Just be natural.
Went this evening and it was very busy, but the staff was organized and very friendly throughout. My server Alona was able to be personable while also being professional enough to check in with me in a timely manner as I knew she was quite busy this evening. Top notch. I ordered the California chicken sandwich and it was delicious. Can't say enough good things about this place. Thank you!
Tried the roasted corn guacamole with tortilla chips, truffle fries and butter chicken with rice n naan. Tortilla chips n fries were good but the butter chicken meal wasn’t worth it. The naan wasn’t in-house made instead was a store bought naan. And curry was also not tasting fresh.Ambience and staff were good. Service was quick too. Over all the experience was okayish.
First time to dine at Joey’s. Came all the way down from the north side, I was very mesmerized by the wide open space, and how beautiful the restaurant was, it felt like I was in a large penthouse lol(Apologies for my descriptive experience )My server illana was excellent, walked me through the menu, asked me any questions and gave me any suggestions I may like and I’ve decided on picking the beach salad with my order of HH steak frites.After having a few bites, I was very happy with my food! The fries had a very distinct taste…almost like a hint of sweetness which makes them very enjoyable, steak was nice and tender.The beach salad was so yummy and refreshing since there was strawberries and avocado in it.And yes, the donuts were perfect ??I will definitely come back here, all the way from the norththank you for such amazing food and excellent service !
I ordered the bacon cheddar burger (lettuce wrapped) with the house salad. The presentation was very nice. The house salad was delicious. The burger was cooked perfectly! Great meal.
