I ordered bacin and eggs and the Food came out too fast and tasted like butter or oil. The pancakes were delicious but the servers never came around to refill our drinks.
Worst customer service from any breakfast restaurant I have ever seen. The waiter brought the wrong order and when I asked he was like "I thought you ordered this "??♂️. And then the waiters seems rude and unorganized place. Go to pur & simple ,kora or any other IHOP location. But believe you won't enjoy visiting this place. Mark my words.
Good standard, child friendly restaurant. Our waitress was quite personable and great with the kids. Food was OK. It was under seasoned, but edible. Prices are fare and restaurant is clean. I would return when looking for a place to go with children.
Food was great. Staff are polite and they are pretty quick. Food is always fresh. Prices are generally good for as far as restaurant food goes. They have great promos if you sign up for their newsletter.
Went here for a quick bite to eat , wasn’t busy so I wasn’t expecting bad service. However that was not the case. Not only was our waitress around the corner on her phone for most of the time, there was also hair in the food and when it came time to pay we asked to speak to management about the issue , the manager came over and argued with us about how we didn’t need to get the food taken off the bill because they brought out a new plate , however was going to offer us a discount, so we agreed and then never received a discount. If I could give zero stars I would.
****EDIT**** Will not let me post a picture of the calendar.Went for a quick easy breakfast before our sons hockey tournament started for the day and after noticing that March 26 was “Family Day” on their IHOP calendar (picture attached) when we entered we figured there would be something fun for the kids (prizes) or a discount on our families meal (savings), anything really. When we asked about it after receiving our bill the server told us they made a mistake and “it’s not family day, sorry”. No other explanation, no other offer, just a solid NO. Very disappointing, poor customer service. I realize it’s just an IHOP, we weren’t expecting any royal treatment but an acknowledgment to the promotions that your company has very clearly displayed when entering the restaurant would have been decent. We will absolutely not be supporting IHOP moving forward.
quality of food is usually good but today was not. I paid 17.99 for a crispy chicken and creamy mac n cheese that looked like it came from the microwave. there was a piece of plastic in my babys mac n cheese from w.e package it came out of. normally I enjoy my visit but today was awful especially for that price of an entrée...
Food was good, service was great. Carol was fantastic.you could really see that she cared. Overall experience was fantastic.
Staff was unorganized when taking orders. Our main waitress ignored us. We were taken care of by a different waiter. Who seemed to be the only person doing any work. Our coffee had grinds in it. My food came out cold. Food was bland/tasteless. I do not recommend this restaurant unless you want to wait around forever for cold food.
Staff were very efficient, from the Head Waiter who seated us and the waiter who served us. Breakfast was good, no complaints at all. I have not been here over year plus. Noticed size of pancakes has shrunked. Over all very satisfied.
