it is a very dirty restaurant, requires major cleaning. they have very poor service.
My fiancé and I visited for breakfast and it was great! The food was delicious and warm, while the service was quick and friendly. We both had the breakfast combo with blueberry pancakes and were pleasantly surprised with portions. Everything tasted great and was cooked well. The coffee, however, is not the best. It is passable, but not the greatest I have ever. However, that is certainly not a dealbreaker and I will happily return on the future to enjoy breakfast here once more.
Kids love to go to IHOP food and atmosphere wise it’s a great family friendly place. The food is decent and the staff is always so amazing and so great with the kids. But today we had looked up….don’t look up…. Are those bugs in the light fixtures?! I don’t know for suuuuuure but it was a little bit concerning to see.
Great friendly service and a menu that has a fantastic selection. Something for everyone. Youngsters are welcome. Love their pancake selection. Don't feel like pancakes then try one of their various omelets or make up your own breakfast combo.
Awesome customer service, pearl is just the best... What a breathe of fresh air. Food was really great!
I walked in to the Restaurant with 2 of my friends (all black), the manager which happened to be standing at the front door before seating, asked a couple in behind us to be seated and a waitress took them in. It was shocking, but then the most enduring stereotyping happened. She asked us if we are with Skip the Dishes or with Doordash, and what is the number of the order. Not surprisingly, her comments offended me but my other two friends didn't catch that. Unwittingly or not her comments tapped into my head, however, I didn't make it a big deal and we continued to be seated by the same manager, after I said we want to dine in. Food was great so I am going to rate this with 5 star, regardless of the actions of one person.

food was great, we ordered the unlimited pancakes but left only having one serving since we were ignored for half an hour with empty plates. big yikes.
Such wonderful service from the late night servers and such a great atmosphere. Great place for breakfast with family, brunch with friends and dates. Wanted to particularly shoutout Joey! He’s wonderful and so kind. Food was delicious and brought out so speedily. Came here two nights in a row. Favourite ihop in the city!
First trip to IHOP, and our server Johanne made all the difference! She was such a nice and sweet lady, even though the place was so busy she made sure that we were well taken care of! 5 stars for her and the rest of the staff!
