The Hudson has a good sized menu with many gluten free options, and the servers are very knowledgeable of their products (and food allergies), especially our waitress heather.\\n\\nWill definitely be revisiting this establishment when we come back to Edmonton. Thank you for the wonderful evening.
Atmosphere was good, louder then most but ok. My friends and I came here tonight, table of 3. It took quite a while to get our drinks, not to bad. We all ordered, 2 orders of fish and chips and 1 order for a sandwich meal. The fish and chips are the worst I've had, very soggy, coleslaw was warm not cold like it should be and fries were soft. Only reason I am giving a 3 star is because after complaining about the fish they took it off the bill.\\nWe had to wait a good 30 minutes just for our bill, then our server walked away after giving myself the machine, and had to wait again so my friends could pay. None of us gave a tip as she didn't deserve one.
Great food, great service
This location inside the WestEdmonton Mall on Bourbon Street is decent. The interior is covered in cozy stained wood. It’s clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and efficient on my visit. You can use the mall entrance as it’s directly adjacent to the restaurant. It’s tucked away in the back corner of Bourbon street so you don’t get the noise from the mall. The restrooms are also very well kept.
Service at the bar was OK! since we arrived around\\n10pm ish and left till they closed !\\nWe ask for a song to the Dj, he said,didn't have wifi but Hudsons has a free wifi so that means the Dj just didn't want to play the song!\\nSince we were probably less than 10 people at this location I tho he probably would take requests.\\n\\nOverall service at the bar was lacking !\\nI had to ask every time for a drink.\\nI won't be back I can get a pint of guinness somewhere else without that much attitude or arrogance from the staff.
Went here to watch the Oilers game, staff was amazing, food was great, had an amazing time, and they were easily able to accommodate my wheelchair accessibility needs, we will definitely be returning!
Stopped in with a friend Friday evening. This visit was incredible. Our server was great. Food was good. Saturday 4 of us stopped in. Terrible terrible experience. We walked in seated ourselves sat for 5-10 minutes without being acknowledged. A table came sat beside us who were dressed better. The waitress started heading to our table but then decided to go to the next table instead. After taking their order. She walked away without acknowledgement. Needless to say we were not impressed! We got up and headed to the establishment across from them. Where service was stellar!
We were greeted by friendly staff who were quick with food and drinks. Overall experience was awesome definitely going back again.
