I've tried bubble tea from many different places and this place has the best tasting bubble tea. I ordered their yakult drinks and it is really good despite being made with real fruit which can sometimes be a hit or miss. I usually order boba with less or 50% sugar at other boba places because i dont like sweet drinks but I would recommend 100% sugar here! It does take a little big longer for them to make your drink but it is because they make it with quality! I would highly recommend in Edmonton
I genuinely do love going to this place, the last few times I have gone the younger chinese male with glasses seems to be rude and very poor customer service. Barely mumbles and stares down at the screen the whole time. Last time I went they said they had no pearls so I asked to wait and he caught an attitude and started to get very defensive.
I always go here around closing time ( about 30-40 minutes before ) and have always had a great experience, they take a bit of time for the beverages but I do feel them much lighter and fragrant than other places. I usually order the Miss Strawberry and the flavor is always consistent, very fresh and mildly sweet. Their Yakult/yogurt drinks are also really nice and refreshing on a hot day. I love the aesthetic of the place and cups as well, it’s very relaxing. Plus the service is very friendly and welcoming, they always explain their drinks since their menu isn’t very detailed. I also love their convenient hours.
SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I was asking what's in a certain order but then this staff can't even talk properly and loud enough for me to hear.He repeated what he said but in a very unprofessional manner.Didnt get his name but he was wearing glasses. Not sure if he's the owner or what, I DONT CARE.RUDE.
Very dissatisfied with the service. I got into some confusion about a specific drink, and rather than being helped, I was blamed! I ordered through a phone call and wanted the special drink on the sign but I wasn’t sure what the name of it was. When I got there, turns out they made me the ‘yakult’ drink and not the yogurt drink. They told me I would have to pay extra for them to remake the drink, which was alright with me, but the way they said it sounded extremely unpleasant and unwelcoming. I told them I couldn’t tell what the drink was because their menu had no pictures on it. They proceeded to tell me that I should’ve scanned their QR code, which I responded saying that they couldn’t assume that I would know they had a QR code. Then, a lady working in the back decided to join in, telling me “we aren’t assuming anything” which was unprofessional as she did not understand the context. I enjoy the drinks that are made here, but the service extremely disappointed and angered me.
Super cute and small bubble tea place. First time trying it out but we will be back for sure. Love the cups and the ambience✨
the service was slow but the way they make the drink are astonishing and makes up for how long they make it, the drinks are worth a wait and to compare to other boba place they don’t rush things they perfect it! it sucks that i just found this place out cuz i definitely needed to know about it earlier but definitely need this place to be noticed more!!
Customer service is horrible. I went there yesterday and they were so rude first they gave me wrong order when i ask them this is not the right order the guy was so confused and girl turn around and yelledThanks for customer service guys wont be coming back
