Not impressed! Walked into this location after 2:00am. Thought I walked into a night club (music was playing very loud). Tried to use an app offer (it did not work!). The app is horrible! I placed my order, paid and waited. I noticed the cook was not wearing gloves or a face mask, he was cleaning, cooking and bopping to the beat. Absolutely zero effort made to wash his hands. It's nice to have a place that is open 24 hours. But I don't think I'll be back. As for the food, it was okay! I've noticed that prices keep going up, portions get much smaller and quality is not as good. Anyone for a "dirty" burger? You'll find those here! Trust me! Very "dirty"!
Good food, great staff, and the best part is you get to choose what you like on your burgers. I love that the burgers are cooked fresh on an open grill (flame)
I was double-charged for my meal using the Harveys App. The location was unable/unwilling to refund the unauthorized charge and told me to call customer service which was closed ar the time.The next day I contacted customer service who was also unable to refund my unauthorized payment and advised me I would receive a callback within two business days from a manager.Two days have come and gone and it appears I've been ghosted. I am going to contact my credit card company tomorrow to dispute the charge and flag Harvey's as uncooperative.Do not trust the Harveys App or the Harveys team they stole my money and we're unhelpful in resolving the issues.Edited from 1 star to 3 star, Harvey's Manager has reached out and resolved my concerns to my satisfaction with my thanks. CSR's phone supports ability to help and achieve resolution is seriously lacking and needs to be addressed. If the restaurant just empowers the employees on site to address the issues as they happen it would have been a much better experience.
That staff make this place awesome. PERIOD.They are so friendly and kind. My whole family enjoys coming here, especially my kids.Thank you to the staff here. Your team has mastered the long lost art of customer service.We will forever be customers because of the team behind the counter here.
I am a vegetarian, twice in a row now I have ordered a veggie burger and they gave me a beef burger instead. Not cool. Not cool at all.I feel dumb for giving this place a second chance.
The food here is simply amazing, and it's a great place to dine-in have a good conversation. It never disappoints!
Ordered and paid for a strawberry smoothie. They handed me a strawberry milkshake. I said I didn't order a milkshake and asked nicely if I could have a smoothie instead. Only then did the supervisor say the smoothie machine is broken. I said I don't want a milkshake and wouldn't have ordered anything if I couldn't have had a smoothie, and that they should have just said the machine was broken. The supervisor rolled his eyes and reluctantly gave me my money back.
Harvey's is one of the city's consistent gems. Their burger & food in general is very good. The best pickles of all the burger joints. However it's been around for a long time and the building shows it. Definitely could use an upgrade.Oh and parking kind of sucked... by no fault of them, but the pub that cohabitates the area.
I was actually surprised at the size of my chicken wrap, compared to other fast food restaurants; it was huge! I like that you can get the toppings that you want. The staff are very efficient as well.
I love the Stuffed Cheeseburger it is my favourite burger.My biggest complaint is that they are cheap when it comes to sauce on the side.Me and my boyfriend went there on Monday evening to buy Stuffed cheeseburger meals.We asked for a few garlic mayo dips and the employee said only 3 dips per order.There is two of us that shouldn’t matter.It should be per meal not per order.My boyfriend went last week and they pulled the same thing.They say 3 per order each if me and my boyfriend order separately which is ridiculous that is more of a hassle.I been a loyal customer for years and don’t appreciate their cheapness especially since I spend good money of the stuffed cheeseburger meals
