This was our go to place for Chinese food, close, good food in the neighbourhood. However the last 2-3 times the service has been absolutely horrible. The delivery's were exceeding 2 1/2 hours and usually 35-50 minutes after their posted delivery times, we just live 5-7 blocks away. Also the order was wrong last time we ordered. So i called them to inquire it was wrong and why it takes so long. The person on the other end had no clue who the manger was, all he could say is this have one driver. He said the manger would call me back and that was January 1st. Its is now January 14 and still nothing. They clearly dont care about customer service or returning customers. We liked this place but we will have to move on to a place that does.
This is our favourite Chinese restaurant. Super friendly staff especially the delivery driver. He’s always so nice! The food is delicious and is a great value. We highly recommend.
It was 90 minutes past the order, still no food, called to confirm and they said it would be on the way. 2 hours later, no food. Drove to the resturant 4 blocks away and it was yet another 20 minutes. We have ordered from another resturant at this point and were still eagerly awaiting our food.... Stay tuned, perhaps on Chinese new year we will get some food.
Ordered with their ordering system online. Said 90 mins with delivery. 90 mins came and went and nothing. Called and they said the order was on the way. 2 hours later drove to the restaurant, they said 10 mins, 20 mins later they gave our order.. don't care what it tastes like, will never order again.
Heard good things about Harvest, so decided to give it a try. Ordered the dinner for 6 at 5pm on a Saturday, with an 80 min estimated delivery time. At the 2 hour mark we tried calling the restaurant for an update - took 5 tries before someone answered, then another 10 minutes on hold before they told me it was on its way and immediately hung up. Took another hour after that before the food finally arrived (3 hours+ later). Food itself was good, albeit not the warmest once it finally arrived. Great that they are busy, but should not be taking orders without notice that it will be a 3 hour wait.
Harvest has great food, for great prices in comparison to other restaurants. Portions are amazing to how much you pay, and the flavours are on point. Would definitely recommend this place.
Absolutely delicious! Huge portions, tender beef and chicken! Highly recommend! Both for westernized Chinese food and authentic Chinese classics! Love the black pepper beef and Kung Pao chicken. Best Chinese restaurant in Edmonton!!!!

Very delicious Chinese Food. Every dish you get is excellent and the portion's are very nice. First time ordering from here and enjoyed very much will order again.
