Love the milk Chai with pearls. Its super delicious and refreshing. Love that it’s actually chai n not just flavoured milk. It also comes with variations of honey instead of sugar. Highly recommend checking them out. They have so many other bubble teas too to choose from
I go to Gong Cha all the time, and I always order a half sweet milk tea. They made my drink with full sugar, and when I brought it back, they refused to remake it as I reordered it, saying I'd have to pay again.
i got the earl grey milk tea!the bubbles were very soft, nice and chewy :)personally i couldn’t really taste the earl grey tea, next time i think i will go for an iced tea with some jelly.definitely worth trying and very easy to locate in the mall!
It is very convenient to have Gong Cha at the center of the mall. It is very easy to locate when you are going shopping. I ordered the QQ drink with boba and jelly and it was delicious!
I have always been a big fan of Cong Cha. There is so much variety compared to the other bubble tea stores and the flavours are so delicious. The location in WEM is also easy access and I love the service.It's fast, easy and quick!!

I'm not a BBT connoisseur but I really enjoyed it. There was no line and this place is always busy, so i decided to try. I'll have to come back and try other flavors.
Everytime I come to West Edmonton Mall I stop by gong cha to get my bubble tea fix. The staff and the vibe there is super chill. We always get the Lemon Ai-Yu with white pearl and QQ passion fruit. I love the drinks everytime, best shop in the mall IMO. Great bubble tea spot! Thanks again guys! :)
