They made one of our drinks wrong and when we asked if we can keep it (to avoid them throwing out) they said no and just threw it. This is unacceptable, why would you throw away a perfectly edible drink? Why are you contributing to food waste when there are millions of people unable to eat…
Ordered a couple of drinks with no ice through delivery, and got both drinks with a bit of ice and one of them with about an inch gap of air between the plastic seal of the drink and the actual liquid inside...
Ordered real fruit mango green tea. Seemed really watered down, can hardly taste the mango juice flavor. Disappointed and will not come back to this store.
This place is pretty good. A nice variety of different drink options. Service was wonderful , I asked for a recommendation and he followed by a few questions to try and meet what I was really looking for.Ended up getting the wintermelon, enjoyed it but it was quite sweet (as mentioned tho)
Brown sugar bubble tea was really good.
Ordered a large caramel milk tea instead i got a large taro drink didn't offer to remake it or anything when i told her i didn't order that
