Food quality is getting worse day by day. You guys used to give enough sauce for the samosas but now they only give 2 pouches of sauce with 10 samosas.whereas the sauce from 2 pouches is not even enough for 2 samosas. It really shows that when ur business gets popular, your customer service gets worse. Pls guys do something to improve otherwise u guys gonna keep loosing your customers.
Why I been here before!? This place is amazing! So good these treats. I want more! Lol And service was swift and curtious. I heard that they often have line ups that go around the corner of the store. Well worth it. Check it out for yourself! ?
Food is getting worse and worse. Order mild pranthas and they were so spicy and even the material was not fresh whole family fell sick after the food. Be careful what you ask for.
The sweets really bring back the memory of authentic taste of sweets from back home. The daily food specials need a little work though! Taste is not bad, with decent quantity and genuine price but a little tweaking is required to make the taste a little more authentic! Overall, nice selection of street food snacks and sweets with good flavour
I bought hot Gajrela today around 5:30-6:00 pm when I get home and open to eat it smells bad and taste bad too. Paid $10 for it. Very bad experience.

This store has very good variety of sweets and Indian snacks. I don't like sweets from the store but their samosa are really good in taste. Price is also very reasonable.
This place is so radiant of Indian culture. Undoubtedly they have authentic Indian taste to be popular, but it is the service - the actual “Sewa” mindset that sets it apart. During the COVID era, they had setup covered/heated waiting area outside their store so that customers don’t need to wait in the cold/rain if the queues were to overflow.I would say you may need to queue up on weekends before you’re able to order but queues move fast and quality of food will make up for the effort.
For the past six months, I've been coming to Ganesh Sweets on and off. Their samosas were considerably better six months ago than they are now. On October 15, I got samosas from them for a dusshera gathering I was throwing. I went home with samosas, only to discover that they were undercooked. The potatoes inside were raw, and the outer layer of all-purpose flour was not cooked properly. My visitors were irritated as well. Consider going to a gathering where the food isn't properly prepared. I had to get rid of them all.I went back to them today and simply made a pleasant comment about the same. I expected them to apologise, but the cashier stated it was a mistake, which is fine because I realise how difficult some days can be. However, when I went back to buy the samosas today, they were still raw, indicating that it wasn't a mistake and that its been done on daily basis. Undercooked food can also cause a variety of health issues. "Are you really taking care of your customers?" I'd ask the business owner. I'd also notify the Canadian Food Inspection Agency of my concerns so that action should be taken against them.
I would like to share my experience. I bought almost 15 boxes of sweets on the Diwali festival and how could I better put into words. Your sweets taste AMAZING. It's really worth spending money for to buy it from your shop. You are absolutely my favorite place to go to. Keep up the good work!!
