So my experience with this location is above and beyond any restaurant I’ve ever experienced. I order their Kale Caesar wrap and ALWAYS a strawberry banana smoothie. My mouth is watering just thinking about it right now. Unfortunately, it had been a few weeks since I ordered last time because I lost my job a few months back so money has been tight. I ordered my normal strawberry banana smoothie as a treat to myself and apologized for not ordering as much lately given my circumstances. What I received at my door was not only my favourite smoothie, but my favourite wrap as well - free of charge. There was a note inside wishing me to get back on my feet and “God Bless”… to tell you I cried is an understatement. I bawled. It was such a sweet gesture and for them to remember me was incredible. But that’s not all! For Christmas she hand-delivered me my favourite kale wrap as a “thank you” for my business. You would think that would be all they’ve done right?! NOPE! Not only do I receive constant positive notes in my bag when I can order - “JB” went through the trouble of finding my phone number, and asked how I was doing. Unfortunately, I have Covid AND recently crashed my 2018 Mazda 3 that I loved so much. I was so down in the dumps and almost like fate they stated that a strawberry banana smoothie would be waiting for me once I’m feeling better. OR they would hand-deliver it if necessary.Their food is incredible. That’s a given. The best in Edmonton for sure. But this type of “customer service”(which is more like “family & friends”) is beyond anything I’ve ever seen. Here I don’t feel like just a customer. They see me as someone who matters to them and I ALWAYS cry whenever they do something amazing for me (which is A LOT). Thank-you and 5 stars isn’t enough. I can’t wait to start my new job and order from them daily again. Their food is never bad. I hope they stay in business for a very long-time because I am definitely a life-long customer (friend). Regarding the lady opening at 11 am , Super service , very good preparation of orders , offers extra sauce , presentation is great .Definitely recommend this location .
The staff is very friendly however, everytime I come to this location the food is always underwhelming. I usually get the Buddha Satay bowl and it's always dry even with extra sauce.
The food is healthy, the staff are wonderful and the owner at this location always exceeds my expectations. My favourite option is the Ranchero breakfast burrito and the vegetarian chilli soup. ?The Northgate Freshi treats you like Family.
5 stars are not nearly enough to give this location. I’ve tried nearly every Freshii in the Edmonton area and this one is the best by far. Everything tastes more fresh here. Their smoothies actually taste like strawberry and banana, and not a ton of sugary yogurt I’ve received from other locations. I don’t want to knock the Freshii name down at all. It’s my all time favourite quick healthy food restaurant to go to, but I just love the North Town Centre location the best and everyone needs to experience it! They treat their customers like family. I’m always greeted with a smile. And if I place a SkipTheDishes order, it’s always delivered quickly and exactly how I wanted it. Love this place!
I ordered a smoothie… they were not even wearing any uniform putting there hands in their pockets and without washing them using their hands to put peanuts in my smoothie without any scoop or gloves…straight with their hands and i asked for protein powder, they put huge amount of that it completely changed the taste of smoothie and was not even blended properly..I didnt even able to drink that.Very unproffessional!!
I ordered the same salad two days in a row. I got the same salad but with extra everything the second time.. And guess what…. They charged me the same price but did not put any of the extra sides that I paid for. I know this because I ordered the same salad the previous day which was identical.. I will not go back here again. Do not order online and pick up in store unless you want to be ripped off.
I've gone to this location 2 times now, both experiences had me throw away my bowl half way through. They over do it on some items and under do it on others and it's not consistent by any means on which item they over do/under do. Nothing tastes right in comparison to other locations even down to the smoothies.Wish these guys luck and I hope they figure it out its the closest freshii to me by far but it's just consistently bad.I'd give there customer service a 5 though. Very nice staff.
I was very impressed by the quality of the bowl that I had today. Very tasty and filling.
Not impressed with this location. Unfortunately 3/5 times I've visited my orders have been wrong. I'm not sure why but if you request dressing on the side, it's almost always just drizzled on top. I went yesterday evening around 7pm and it was closed, though their hours have them opened until 9pm. Overall, what you get is very inconsistent. I'll be driving further to go to another location.
