Portion is ridiculously small. Not even close in comparison to other locations. Will not be back.
I popped in for a quick lunch while shopping with my daughter and MIL today. The counter staff were very friendly and our food tasted great…BUT we had to take our food home because this location didn’t have a high chair. I found that surprising in this day and age. It was inconvenient to take our food to go when we had planned our shopping day to stay in the area.

I ordered a Tex Mex bowl, and as far as I know this bowl comes with avocado. Look what I received, ONE TINY piece of avocado thrown in the middle of the plate. Besides that, all of the proportions were wrong. Too much rice and tomatoes, almost no cheese. I have been eating at Freshii for years now and I was surprised for the way I received this bowl. It’s disappointing to see how sometimes people don’t put effort to provide a good service to others. For any employee in any company: don’t take revenge on your customers, they have nothing to do with what you are going through.Feb 24th update: the owner has contacted me and offered me a new bowl. This time I had a great experience and the food was well done and well served. I even purchased a few more items. Will return to this location and appreciate the owner’s response and action to my complaint. I am changing my review to 4 stars and uploading a photo of the new bowl received.

As a business if you say you're open until 8 then be open until 8 or otherwise say you close at 7:50. The lack of professionalism these days blows my mind
I have gone to freshii many times, this is my first time at the windermere location, and will be my last, half order in terms of serving size, poorly put together, and my soup was cold as they packaged it. completely different experience compared to the other locations I have been to. STAY AWAY. Unless they get new staff at this location I highly recommend you spend your money elsewhere.
We ordered a custom salad and fiesta salad and it was absolutely delicious. I am not a big salad fan, but man it was good. The quantity was adequate, wish I ordered some more. LoL. The price is also reasonable for the quality and quantity. Quite impressed to be honest. Will go there once again soon.
