The Cobb salad was great, could have had a bit more avocado!No toilet paper in the washroom and could use a clean. As well as better lighting, it felt dingy.Always a fan of the immunity shots.
Wish I read the reviews before we came here and the owners response to my review below my long paragraph is more of a reason why customers should beware!!(Message to owner)Read all your reviews and improve your services if it troubles you to read honest opinions because clearly there is a problem and it has nothing to do with the “type” of customer I am as mentioned in your response.Sounds like your referring to our race which has nothing to do with our issue on how poorly our food was prepared.Yes I have written a bad review on another location that is truthful as well so I’m not sure why your even brought that up, I’m confused!You should be more concerned about improving your services Ma’am!I was hesitant to try another location after two bad experiences including yours however,I’m glad I did because I finally found one with not only decent reviews but our food was up to standard as it should be at every location!!Why should customers pay for food they can’t eat?!Now I know we’re not the only ones who were dissatisfied with the food at this location.We both ordered the Buddha bowl which is our favourite however the rice noodles weren’t cooked properly and we were instantly turned off by the taste after one bite.The chicken in our bowl looked as if was chewed and spit out.It looked blended for some strange reason and the presentation was clearly not the same from what we’re used to.We were disappointed that we had to wait several minutes for the cashier to confirm with management if we could receive our refund for a meal we barely touched because we were dissatisfied.luckily we were granted our money back and we decided to try another location that same day and our meals were amazing to say the least! That alone confirms that we weren’t crazy and won’t be coming back
Buyer beware. This isn’t my usual Freshii location but I was in the area and popped in to grab my usual Pagnoa bowl. What I received was a very artfully crafted bowl of rice. This usually comes with a rice base and big scoops of fresh veg and toppings. Unfortunately, as I got it to go, when I got home I realized it was actually just 90% rice with some very masterfully laid out (thin) areas of the usual toppings. As the employee had already started shutting down the store before closing, the front kitchen area was closed, so she crated it in the backroom, thus meaning I couldn’t see how little was going into my bowl. This feels a little too convenient now. Do not recommend coming back here sadly. They are very clearly doing everything they can to lower costs and pass off the buck to the customer.
Decided to try a new location today , ordered the Tex Mex , she puts it in a wrap which I did not order I wanted it in a bowl , doesn't include the avocado..... i got a responce but can't respond unless doing this . Your a lier about the Avocado , and I don't care what that Chick says , I did not ask for a burrito , terrible location , I'll never spend another dollar in this shop.thres a reason your rating is 3.8 because your location sucksI'll stick to northgate
The person working was polite. But was un willing to help me with a smoothie that tasted like pure peanut. Asked if I could have fruit added or if I could have a refund. Was told no and Didn't offer to make a new one.Feeling disappointed and have a $8 smoothie I can barely stomach
Good food but 3 days after the mandatory mask bylaw is reinstated and the employee working was not wearing a mask while preparing food. Doesn’t really make me want to support this business.
Food was delicious but the cleanliness of this location was pretty bad. Receipts littered the front desk area and the garbage was piling up out of bin and on to the counter.
AMAZINGI love this location because there is food’s fresh and staff members are very cooperative.
Got a bowl from here the rice was mush. I called and they would not do anything for me. Will never to back to this store ever again and I normally love Freshii.
The rice is pudding, way overcooked or made improperly. Terrible.
