Today I went to grab couple of things for myself. The staff was on the phone with someone (cell phone) and did not disconnect when I placed my order or afterward while preparing my order. Her earbuds were visible and conversation was very loud. I had to repeat my order three times. She made me feel not welcomed and as if I have troubled her by bringing my business to the store.Please train your staff for good service!!Update - I did email the details to the owner as asked below. I did not receive any response back at all.
Do not eat here! Freshii has went wayyy down hill over the years, food is less fresh and way overpriced!!! They charge for everything. 1$ to add siracha where most places it's free.

This branch serves unsually small servings. No forks/napkins for a to-go order. The lady who took my order was not polite at all, it was so uncomfortable. Don’t come here! Go to the one at windermere or south common.
