I eat at this Freshii more than I would like to admit, but it’s because the food and the service here is so good! Every bowl is consistently delicious (I get the Teriyaki Twist all the time, would highly recommend) and the staff are friendly and welcoming. Even during busy times, they somehow manage to be both efficient and caring. Nav is especially great and even though we don’t know each other at all, she feels like a dear friend. If you’re shopping in the Brewery District and looking for a healthy option & great service, definitely come here!! <3
The one employee working here today was doing their best to accommodate the lunch line, but it’s very hard to get food out when there’s 4 people waiting. Took 40 minutes to get my food, could be avoided if more people were scheduled.

Am not the person who usually write reviews but my experience at this place was worst which prompt me to share it on google . There was only one girl working who was taking years to take and prepare order . ( something out of her hand and manager should keep. Check on staffing). I placed my order and the person taking my order needs to take a course in dealing with customers. She appears to really hate dealing and it shows in her interaction . The other customer waiting also agreed to this . It was really disappointing .being loud and rude is not at all trait of customer service . Reading the latest reviews you have had over the past few months, it seems that manager/franchisee owner haven’t taken these reviews seriously. It’s a high time to consider what people think about your store.The bowls made was cold with little tofu
omg this took my breath away, the staff were the nicest people I have ever met in my whole entire life. I ordered a tex mex bowl and it was awesome.
I ordered among other items, a Mediterranean bowl. I asked for a substitution to the feta cheese. I was told substituting with broccoli would be okay. There was no broccoli put in the rectangle bowl (which is not what I think salads are served in but I might be wrong about that). Regardless, the recipe further says there would be a sweet pepper sauce but there was no sauce. This was way more bland than I remember...not prepared well at all. Very disappointed.
Had a very nice experience here. The staff was friendly and professional. They were all very kind. Food was tasty. Would recommend this place for others to enjoy. Good atmosphere.
The food was delicious, the aesthetic is beautiful and the person that helped me and my friends (navjot ) was really nice, energetic and quick! Would definitely come here more often after classes?
