We had not been for years but remember the pizzas were awesome. After many years we returned a week ago. Ordered the starter Caesar salad with no croutons, it did not come with croutons as requested but also had NO bacon bits either. As the menu stated it was supposed to have. Returned this week since we usually go out for pasta once a week…. Ordered both pastas with white wine sauce, husband’s pasta came with white wine sauce, mine had the white wine CREAM sauce, white wine is thin and delicious, white wine cream is thicker and does not have as much flavour. Told our server when she came by. She said both the same. There was an obvious difference in the thickness and flavour. She said they were the same maybe just different batches, new verses old sauce. Definitely not, we did the taste test last week and this week. I couldn’t eat my meal tonight, whereas, the previous week I ate the whole bowl which is unusual for me. We go out for pasta every week, we were going to bring an additional 6 other people next week but have decided against that decision because of the inconsistency. Server did take $10 off but when you can’t eat your meal it doesn’t help. We were planning on returning every week but we will not be returning going forward after tonight.
I went to Franco’s a day ago and was greeted by Nicole, amazing server! Suggested I try the Peroni beer they had on tap, great deal and amazing pour! Then I ended up having the Ill Pescatore and a Triple Chocolate Cake for dessert, so sweet! Only thing I feel bad for is they’re uniforms, both girls looked so hot in the black dress shirts. Maybe owners should try T-shirt’s so the girls can breathe! Nicole, amazing service! Will definitely come to see you again!
The place is lovely. The decor is fun the staff are friendly and quick. The food was plentiful and very tasty. I will go back again.
This place is simply amazing. So peaceful and the ambience is amazing!!!!! The authentic Italian music in the background, the service, the food!!!! It was all amazing!!! Not to mention the robins and their nest right above you. Such a hidden gem that I am now so excited to experience again. First time going here on Father's day and it was a total pleasure. I highly recommend this place.
First time to this Franco’s location. They have a nice outdoor patio set up just before you enter the restaurant. The waitress was awesome. She was friendly, attentive . She did not rush us as a lot of places do to take our order. We ordered and had our meal within 20 minutes. Food delicious. Quaint little place and highly recommend as prices are reasonable.
First time here and I was definitely impressed. Great food, friendly staff and nice music and ambience. Support a local l family business and stop by for a super meal. Will definitely be coming back.
This place has some special memories beginning 40 years ago. But a new memory was made this evening. We shared stories with Cumu, our server and had a lot of fun. But when the time came to leave, it fiercely poured down rain. Cumu took a patio umbrella and made sure we got to our car without getting drenched. What an amazing lady, great service, and awesome food!!
I decided to check this restaurant out on a whim for lunch. I didn't know much about it at all. To say I was pleasantly surprised was an understatement. The Italian atmosphere/ambience was perfect, the food was delicious/reasonably priced, and the service was quick while still being really friendly. Will come here again!
I was very impressed the first time I took my wife to Franco’s. so on Saturday afternoon I returned and went with my wife, son, daughter and son in law. The service, food and staff was excellent. The waitress was professional, friendly and treated us like familia. I will return and certainly recommend the restaurant to everyone. ?????
Amazing pizza! Tastes like home-made. Definitely not cheep in the toppings! Highly recommend! Great service and food. Definitely a place to bring the family. Emily served us and she was so kind and tentative.
