Got a chunk of plastic mixed in with the fries and a fairly raw patty. Unbelievably bad, would never come back again. This isn't just 'bad', it's down right dangerous.
Just had an amazing burger, with fast service inside a clean location. Super happy. Highly recommend! Five guys has never done me wrong.
This is a burger joint. The standard burger, cheese burger or bacon cheeseburger are all double patties. If you cant handle that order a "little" version of it for a single. The burgers are custom made to order with your standard selection of condiments as well as some grilled options for onions and mushroom. The fries are awesome. Fresh made seasoned and plentiful. There's a sign in the store as to where the potatoes were farmed in alberta. A large fries is like half a bag full. So many. Fountain pop and milkshakes to drink. You can even get some peanuts to snack on while you wait. Lots of room for seating. The service was fast and friendly.What more can you ask for. ?
Great burgers served by super friendly staff - I had the little burger and cajun fries, and a salted caramel shake, and everything tasted great!
Always enjoy the food but this time was really bad. Was to have mustard had none was to have relish you had to look very hard to see it and the meat on the burger still red.Very disappointedAsked to escalate my concerns but it was a waste of time. Used the old line sorry, but offered no solution or caring about poor quality etc

Absolutely Delicious! Took my dad here for a taste of real burgers while he was here from BC, fries were beautifully fresh and perfectly salted, and my burger was perfectly done. Cant wait to come back again!
I find it very rude that they have delivery drivers, who usually work all day (lots have this as second income) that come in to pick up food for paying costumers, can’t come in and take a single f’ing peanut that cost 0.01$ per peanut?? My best friend is a delivery driver and sent me this screenshot as a joke…. But me as a paying costumer of 5 guys, actually got offended by this. I am never ordering from here again. From skip or in person. Let me guess, delivery drivers also have to pay 50 cents for a flush if they use the bathroom ? Treat your contractors with more respect….. seriously.
I ordered ahead for lunch and it was great I waited 2 min watching them finish my order, and was finished exactly on the time I asked for it, burgers were great as always, fries were perfect, Staff is always friendly and very efficient.
Always a treat coming to 5 guys! Awesome fries and insane Burgers! Friendly quick staff... and also, don't forget to ask for peanuts!
