Amazing! This location has become my number one favourite, I was turned off of fat burger due to other stores on the south side, but the service and quality I received from this store was redeeming! I will be returning to this location only.Thank you!
The food was super salty and also over baked although it was supposed to be crispy, it was too hard to even chew. However the service was very very good. They even served my food to the table and checked if I am doing okay, unlike other fast food restaurants. Despite, I don’t think I will ever go back to pay that much and try eat what I would never eat unless I might be starving to death.Giving two stars just for the service! The server was truly nice. Very helping.
Honestly this might be the worst Fatburger in Edmonton, every time i go here they give me the tiniest chicken strips i've ever seen. Fatbuger is known for their giant juicy strips, this specific location however gives small, often over battered strips, don't go here if you can avoid it.Also they get my name wrong every single time I call, to the point where i feel like they're doing it on purpose.
Not the first time this has happened, the staff are not very friendly and take such a long time for orders.Today, ordered 2 burgers. Was told a 10 minutes wait which was doable. 30 minutes later the food FINALLY comes out. We had approached them at the 20 minutes mark, where we were given no response. Food was okay but not worth the long wait.
This was the first place that I ever went to try a fat burger about 1-2 years ago.I collected my order and started driving. I was all the way to Terwilliger when I realized that the staff had messed up my order and left something out. I called them and told them that they had left out a portion of my order, turned around and went back. I returned and they give me the missing items.However, they didn't apologise for the additional 30+ minutes of driving, nor did they make restitution by throwing in any extra items to make up for my wasted time. They just handed me my missing items.Have not gone back since. (I can't even remember if the burger was good or not )Check your order before you drive away.
I want to marry this hamburger. Seriously, I feel like angels crying with joy. So good. Fries are also deadly. Definitely worth the calories!

Ordered a burger and fries and it turned out great. Burger was juicy and fries were crispy. Staff were great and friendly.
