First time going there as a family was a very bad experience. We went through the drive-thru and order the most basic 3 combo meal all with a burger, yam fries and a drink. They got our order completely wrong and we received 2 burgers, 2 yam fries, and one plain fries. And they got all our drinks wrong. I think this was clearly because the lady taking our order had such a thick accent that we couldn’t understand her, and she couldn’t understand us. I pulled over and went inside to straighten out our order which we did end up getting.The bun was soggy because they didn’t dry the lettuce, there was a disgusting amount of mayo, the fries were unseasoned and the chipotle mayo dipping sauce was legit thousand island dressing.All I can say is bad first impression Fatburger.
The food was amazing, just what I was looking for a quick breakfast and a burger. The customer service was amazing, the environment is family friendly. My go-to place for milkshake and fries cravings. ?
They serve hair in there food here and make sloppy gross burgers, not nearly as gross as the hairs I found in it. Un sanitary and don't care about their jobs. Would have only hoped they gave us bigger drinks to wash down this half slapped together garbage

Amazing Burger and really good fries.I didn't feel bloated or anything after eating it!My only knock is how slow it was to get the food.... it took about 15 minutes.
30 minute wait. 40 dollars, for two of the worst burgers we have ever seen. I could have had steak at the keg for this price.Just stay away...far better places you can spend 40 dollars on.

Great burger and awesome staff. I have been to about 2 dozen Fat Burgers and this one has the best burgers of all of them. Everything was fresh and the toppings were very plentiful. Highly recommended.
