Really nice n fast service
If I could add less than one star I would. Terrible customer service. Sat inside to eat after working got the Route 66 burger. Was bland but that wasn’t the issue. Wasn’t even done for five minutes and I was puking in their bathroom. Brought it up with the manager I believe. And got yelled at. Had some racist remarks come out. Called in to complain and the guy who answered the phone was no better. Insisting that it must’ve been something I ate before and refusing to be of any help regarding the managers behaviour. Saying that he called her and she said she didn’t do anything and took her side all while asking how he can believe me as it’s just me saying it. Does that not go both ways in regards the the manager? Constantly tried to blame me for getting sick eating their food. I don’t normally leave bad reviews for places but this place should be avoided just in case you have a bad meal.I even offered suggestions as to how to deal with it and he just made a big deal of it. Like how hard is it to close the kitchen for a few minutes re do stock and make sure that there’s nothing old or been out for a while.
Came for lunch 1215pm today. We ordered the family pkg special which is 19.95 plus GST which is 21.00. The person at till charged us 22.05. She said that's what the deal is on the till so that's that. Well my father in law paid it. What ever. There was a lady in here that was waiting 25 mins and was here before us, she ordered polish sausage. We were done eating NY for the time she got her food. Get it together guys. Purchase packs of frozen sausages n smokies to take home. They were soo yummy. n tried LA STREER N AVENUE DOG FROM THERE MENU TASTE SO GOOD.
Consistently good food! I was happy that I was given just the wrapped burger, without the paper bag (which is used for less than 1 minute).
First time and it was great. Amazing fries. Have to come back and try the burgers as they look awesome.
they could've actually gave me a refund like they said they would for the sandwich I returned that looked like slop. don't get their burgers I guess?
Got the 2 hot dogs, fries, and 2 pops deal.Hot dogs were great, but that was all that was good. Fries tasted like they were cooked in the morning and then reheated for 30 seconds in hot oil. Pop was very flat, maybe an off day?Bought 30 uncooked hotdogs to take home for a barbecue coming up, online says $30, in store they charge $35, even after mentioning it to staff, not to sure why the difference. Overall feelIng a bit ripped off.
Wow! Ive been to the fat Frank's hot dog cart before, but never the walk in restaurant, and boy was I surprised when I saw all the different things you can get! Of course being overwhelmed with the decision, I stuck to the main thing that keeps me coming back to FF. The chili cheese dog is my favorite, their in house chili is top notch! And the husband chose the Hawaiian dog, don't let the name fool you, that baby has a bite! I will definitely be heading back again!
I have been eating at Fat Franks for years. They have a good selection of hotdogs, smokies and burgers. All the condiments a person could want for their dog. I would suggest trying their house BBQ sauce. They even sell packs of dogs and smokies to take home. A good place to stop for lunch.
