I had the absolute best experience on my last visit to this location. My husband and I stopped in for lunch on June 28th, Tabitha was our server. I cannot say enough about the service. She was friendly, a pleasure to speak with, knowledgeable about the menu items (new and old), and shockingly on point when it came to refilling drinks and removing dirty dishes from the table. If this is the standard of all the servers at the Crossroads location, this will be our new spot moving forward!
Sat in the dinning room and was served by Josh. Excellent service. Conner took over for a while when Josh was on break. Everything was absolutely flawless. The two gentlemen were amazing and made our experience incredible. Would definitely recommend them again to others!
I recently had a wonderful experience here for dinner. I was served by Ikon who was very keen to ensure our satisfaction. He suggested his favourite drinks and appetizers, and we enjoyed them all! The sushi tacos are always a must ? The team here is very welcoming and personable. Nevin and Joe touched down at our table as well and made sure we were enjoying our visit. Next time I visit, I will have to request Ikon’s service.
Came in for dinner today and noticed it was quite busy, but our server Catie made sure we were always attended to. I would also like to give a big props to her helper Nick who continued to bring us everything we needed, and was such a joy to chat with. This is why I continue to return to this Earls for the amazing service! 10/10
Food is getting better but still chain food is not as good as local restaurant food. They mostly charge you for the place because the portions are a bit smaller compared to other restaurants
I stopped by at this Earls for dinner and a drink.The girl at the reception was nice and quickly got me a table in the lounge sitting. All good.5 minutes passed and no-one came to me to ask at least for a drink. Meanwhile two waitresses passed by my table and it was like i was invisible?!All good, i am a patient guy and i realized they were busy!Another 5 minutes passed and still the same, like i was really invisible, or ignored!Thank you very much, i left, went straight to the A&W right by the Earls.Quick and simple dinner served, tasted like i had the best burger! Thanks to Earls i guess.
Excellent service even though it was a very busy last Saturday evening.The food was awesome and the staff worked as a top-notch team should!!When one of our party's steak was slightly overcooked it was replaced lickety split at no charge. The manager handled the situation completely professionally and with every attention to proper customer service, delivering the perfect replacement dish himself! KUDOS!!I would not hesitate to visit this place again and highly recommend The Earl to anyone.P.S. Make a reservation!!!
Earls is my friend group’s go to place for dinner. Once we had a reservation for about 15 people and they accommodated us with no issue. this location is pretty good. The food are pretty good, decor is lovely, waiters and waitresses are fantastic, wait time is alright. Overall, decent restaurant and always had good times there
We had a wonderful Valentine's Dinner tonight. We ordered from their set menu and we couldn't have asked for better. Nevin, our server was fantastic. We tried a couple cocktails, food came out at a great speed and now have extremely pleased stomachs. We'll for sure be back! Thanks for the pleasant evening ?
Had the Valentine's set menu and I have to say, for $44 I felt like I got amazing value. The quality and portion sizes of food were both above what I expected for the cost. Shoutout as well to the Earl's staff and specifically our server Nevin, he was fantastic and I would be happy to have that level of service at any establishment.
