Service was great. Sam was very good. Noise level was too high, especially for seniors. Food was very tasty and well cooked. Would like more options for sauces. Overall experience was very good. Would recommend Earls to friends.
When we arrived we waited about 7-8 minutes to be greeted. A server came by with a pitcher of water and said our server Lucas would be right over. No fault to Lucas but he was overwhelmed with new tables. He came and took our full order. Our appetizers beat our drinks to the table, my son never received the honey for his chicken fingers until we finished our calamari which was pretty over cooked and dark. My wifeâs salmon with caper sauce was rung in incorrectly and came out with our appetizers. Once we got our main dishes everything was good except my son asked for bacon in his chicken tacos but it never came. Overall Lucas did his absolute best but the experience was a 4 out of 10.
The food was really good but my table was not brought any plates for the appetizers and we didnât get any water until we had to go and find our waiter.
First i want to start off with Christine and Hannah were absolutely wonderful but the food was a different story my salad was so good however my husband had the steak frites and had to be brought back twice because it wasn't medium rare like he asked not sure if we'll be back
Earlâs is our familyâs favourite and since itâs Fatherâs day, my dad requested to go have lunch at Earlâs. Our server was okay - she did not speak loud enough and also, she was going to walk away without taking my order. She took my parentsâs order and was about to walk away when I started telling her about my order and then she was like âohâ. She was attentive with refilling our drinks though. Overall, we loved the food - the best ribs amongst competitors.
Great food and service, only complaint is that the restaurant is very loud due to the acoustics in the building and no sound buffers.
Great food, great service great experience! Was a great place for an anniversary dinner!
The last time we visited this Earls was a far better experience than what we just had. Upon arrival it seemed to be a bother to place us on the Patio although I noted that request when making the reservation. Although a sunny day we were placed away from several tables that had an umbrella. I can understand slow service if the restaurant was busy, but at the time we went we only noticed a few other tables. There were a lot of little misses that would have been easy to correct with better service. Overall, it felt like our presence was a bother to the restaurant. This was a really disappointing experience as it was the first time in quite a while that my entire family has been at a restaurant since Covid began. We initially chose the restaurant for its patio availability, quality of food and good reputation. On the positive we didn't have any real issues with the food, the actual meal and drinks were quite good, but as we didn't really feel welcome I doubt we will return any time soon.
The sizes are getting smaller and the prices are getting higher. The Cajun chicken sandwich was only a sliver of chicken, not worth the price.
Disappointed when the summer feature wine was recommended as we sat but when we ordered it, it was not avaliable. Also took a long time for each round of drinks. Food was good and server was friendly
