Brutal service. Ordered 2 items which both consisted of mostly salad... waited... waited... 45 minutes went by without really seeing the server and when she finally did come to the table she told us our meals were coming shortly... Waited... Waited... After 1 hour from time of order we expressed out disappointment and they sent over a "manager" (a child with really no respect for other people's time) to deal with it and to apologize as we were walking out the door. I'm sure this is a one off but still brutal service.
I thought I wrote a review already but I guess not. I came here two weeks ago with my grandparents. Our waiter Cole did a great job. He was the only waiter in the restaurant and he still gave us an amazing experience. Always made sure we had water at our table. The food took a little while, but it was very busy. The Nashville sandwich was delicious. Steak was slightly undercooked. Overall great experience. When I dine here again I will ask for Cole to be my waiter.
the service was quick, staff was very friendly and the ambiance was just right! the food was delicious and so were the drinks. we went as a huge group and they were very accommodating, and still very quick to take our orders and bring out the meals. the bathroom is a bit of maze to get to, but it looks really good and is a decent place to take pictures (fancy lol)! i look forward to visiting again!
I'm a frequent goer to this location as it's super close to campus making it extremely convenient. However, the past few visits have been extremely disappointing so I sadly can't see myself returning.First concern: whenever I come in, there is never anyone there to greet us (the hostess desk is always empty) and we just stand there and wait awkwardly for quite some time.Second concern: the servers are impeccably slow and we can never hunt down our servers when needed (there were multiple times there was no one at front of house). In addition, our server today never once came in to check how our food was. Unfortunately, all servers are either too busy huddling at the bar or hiding in the back (yes, all)... for an EXTREMELY long time.More specifically, we had to grab the attention of 2 other servers this visit to help us out because our server was either no where to be found, or had forgotten about our requests. I think the most shocking part however, was while processing payments, she let out a very loud and unprofessional sigh expressing her irritation with not being able to input the payment properly.By no means would I have written this review if this was the only time i've had a bad customer experience here. However, with it being multiple visits that haven't been pleasant, it gets frustrating. Yet, i will say that the time it takes for the food to come out to the table has always been great.

I’ve waitressd since 2015 I understand things can get over whelming but a little communication goes a long way and it takes under a minute to take a payment. Will not be back to this location.
Service was exceptional. Really friendly staff. Love the vibe. Usually only come here when I'm in the area and always enjoy it. Had March Madness on without me even asking. But no green beer! Come on, where's the green dye!? Decided to stay anyway. Next year I want to see some more festive beer.

Brutal, absolutely brutal! Came here and sat quite quickly however no follow up and Not even a drink order. 7 tables visibly empty and no attention whatsoever! If you want water and a 20 minute warmup from the cold, by all means. Left and made our way to something attentive.
I came in on Thursday night with my girlfriend and Kaylee was our server. The service was unreal and she was very attentive to my girlfriend’s gluten allergy. She definitely deserves a raise.
The other day I came to this restaurant with my two kids. We all enjoyed the food and our server was excellent. Cole was very helpful with the menu and was also great with my kids. My son was laughing at his humour even after we left the restaurant.
