I wasn't particularly hungry, so I had soup and sandwich did the trick. The clam chowder is a surprise hit. I'm a fan as far as chowders go but I was surprised by Earls take on clam chowder. Very good. Great patio also, need better napkins.

Decent food with small portions. The kitchen messed up my steak initially and cooked it well done. Was given a new order of steak which was medium rare. The server was great and the manager or chef apologized afterwards. Suggest going on wednesdays as the steaks are cheaper.

Horrible experience at earls. Came here Monday July 6th with my boyfriend during late night happy hour. When we entered the door the hostess answered the phone and we waited in the doorway where no one acknowledged us. After waiting for quite some time she apologized and seated us.This was my first time at this location and I can say our service was not great. Our waitress offered us 2 beer sample and when we received the bill she had actually charged us $3.50 for each sample. She was also very one sided during the dinner making it an ackward experience for my partner and I. My boyfriend had complained about his food being served cold and she had a new order put in right away. However, she never once asked me if I liked my food or drink. I thought it was strange since there were two people at the table but it was like I wasnt there. The whole dinner felt like it was only being catered to one person. Due to to us wanting to spend quality time together, we requested a spot that wasn't too noisy in the dinning room. About 15 mins later the hostess sat a noisy group of three next to us. The group across from us heard us complain about our meal and one the members came over pretending to be a manager, asking if we were enjoying our food when we clearly weren't. We tried to politely ask them to leave us alone and they had some rather agressive comments. (All of this can be viewed when you pull your surveillence) we were harrassed to the point that we both began to feel uncomfortable, and asked for our meal to be packed in containers so we could leave. To make matters worse there were only about 6 customers in the whole facility yet it took almost a whole hour for them to bring our cold food. The first photo is our dry garlic prawn spaghettini with no sauce, as you can see the dish has little to no prawns. The few prawns that were provided had been cut into multiple pieces to give the illusion that there was lots of protein. The second dish is the tuna poke which had hard clumpy rice and also lacked sauce. The avocados and mango were not flavourful as they were harvested pre-maturely. I cannot begin to express how terrible this experience truly was, not to mention we paid $120 to enjoy our unappetizing meals from home.

Great friendly staff. Food is at expectations. Good atmosphere as always.

As always Earls has exceeded our expectations. Edmontons Tin Palace location was recently renovated and the vibes are MINT. Staff was lovely and the new menu items are so fresh and flavourful. Such a nice refresh for our old reliable date joint. Highly recommend

My girlfriend and I ordered steaks; mine was fine but hers was drastically undercooked...three times. The first time, our server finally returned to our table to take it back to the kitchen. The second time, we watched as our server went around the room stopping to talk with people, mostly men. We waited long enough that I went to the bar to ask for help before turning around to find the manager at our table. The third time, the manager returned, seeing for herself that it still wasn't done, then offered a salad instead because, yeah, that definitely satisfies the desire for a well-cooked steak. Throughout the experience, our server would walk up, ask how things were but walk away before we could respond, returning to talk to people at other tables, perhaps friends or people she was attracted to. We were told we wouldn't be charged but only the one steak was comped rather than the whole meal. I wouldn't have expected the beers to be removed from the bill, but the entrees definitely should have been. Management should have realized that, with that type of service, two people's evenings were ruined, not just one. I paid the bill but we won't be back. Cactus Club is just a little way east on Jasper Avenue. We were there a week prior to this experience and again a week later, with great service and meals both times.

We went to earls last night for some late night food and a drink . Our server Elissa was very welcoming , professional and amazing . The drinks came quick, the food was perfect and she checked on us periodically to make sure we were enjoying the food and had everything we needed . I’ve worked in the service industry for years and the reason why we go to earls is because of servers like Elissa and the consistency of earls . We can always count on tin palace for a wonderful guest experience and the Reno’s look great ! Thanks again ! 10/10

My wife and I had lunch on March 21 at the 11830 Jasper Ave location and food and service did not meet expectations! I ordered a chowder and entree size salad and my wife had a "mother earth bowl". We asked for tap water with lemon and the lemon arrived about 10 minutes later. I requested dressing on the side and that delayed our order for about 45 minutes, although I was brought my chowder shortly after ordering. The server gave my salad to my wife and I was given hers. Both were unremarkable . My wife had the same salad at your St. Albert location in the last month and it was much better. Inconsistency is not what we expect from this flagship location. We would appreciate a response from the General Manager.

Went for dinner and drinks last weekend and had the pleasure of being served by a wonderful young lady named Megan. Not only was she attentive and timely, she also engaged in conversation which was refreshing and sincere. I love going to Earls wherever I am but will have to come back here for another night of incredible service. Appreciate your time and help during the course of the night Megan! Will definitely be back!

Earls is always a staple place. Love it. Great food. The prices have gone up quite a bit, since pre-Covid, but understandably so.I wish this location would have the Chicken Tenders (it doesn’t because it’s the test kitchen). They have also gotten rid of some pretty classic menu items, such as chili chicken (on jasmine rice), chicken tenders, pan bread etc. Please bring Chicken Tenders back here, and on Earls menu all together. It’s dearly beloved!
