The guy with the puma pants ( sorry Icouldn't get his name) but he was reallyhelpful to me today with the menu and hewas really fast. Really kind made me feelWelcomed :)
Every time I go here they seem to mess something up. On different occasions they didn't have tapioca, they kept messing up my drink that I get at other Dream Tea locations without problems, and a couple times now they've forgotten to give us straws which made it difficult to drink the tapioca. I keep giving this location a chance in hopes that it'll be like their other locations but they're just disappointing. They don't even have food or a delivery service despite being open for a while now.
clean store and friendly service.my only issues is unlike the heritage square location, there was nowhere to sit while waiting for my drinks to be ready, and they didn’t offer a drink tray or a plastic bag even though i ordered 3 drinks.
Excellent customer service by the young man working both the cash register and the drink stations during my visit to this location today. Although he was working alone, he kept a calm and composed attitude and was very kind when taking my order and serving my drinks. There were approximately 20-25 guests in the store so he was very busy. Good job man!
Coming to dream tea since the original one off white Avenue opened years and tears ago when it was smaller and way better .and all of a sudden all of them get rid of stamp cards and prices go up. what's with everywhere getting so friggan CHEAP so Disappointed
Really nice customer service. the suggestions were very good and delicious. I would really go back and enjoy a cup of boba. They were also very fast at making my order which was very nice of them. Would recommend 10/10
We went around 9:20pm on sept 13 and the guy who made our teas was very nice ! Our tea was absolutely delicious , Definitely recommend.
Drinks are not bad. They're consistent with their other branch.BUT their service is 100% sucks! It was tolerable, but if they would give you a unreasonable answer, ugh!I used Uber Eats to order ahead and pick it up on the store. Since, we already know how slow their service is, I gave them ample time to do my 4 orders of drinks.And when we came over, lo and behold, nothing! They haven't done anything at all!!! I asked why? And what's the use of pick up? The guy answered me back "...because some customers come in late to pick up" that ain't an effing good reason at all!If we want to wait 15-20 minutes in your store then do not offer a freakin pick up service. You people are wasting everyone's time then.I would still support Dream Tea but prolly not this branch.
