DOSC was a lovely experience! I loved the interior and the vibe it gave off! A friend and I went in for brunch it was lovely! It was a little bit of a wait for the food to come out but it was worth the wait! I had the Chicken and Cruffles! It was sweet and savoury and the cruffle itself was so pleasant! Additionally, Nadia was a great server! She was lovely and very attentive!

Brussels sprouts and Carpaccio were fantastic! For a steakhouse the steak was underwhelming I did order the 8oz Striploin which is the cheapest steak on the menu. But it was highly disappointing. There was a lot of gristle and has a char flavour which is a huge turnoff for me. The more expensive steaks on the menu may be better. Cool atmosphere and extensive cocktail list. Would still recommend just don't get the Striploin.

The food and atmosphere were lovely! I ended up getting a brisket Benny and sharing an oxtail poutine. While I was initially most excited for the poutine, the standout was actually the Benny: the brisket was some of the best brisket I've had outside of the home and the use of waffles was a nice contrast to the traditional English muffin. The hollandaise sauce was killer; very buttery and smooth. The poutine was also excellent: the oxtail was tender and flavourful and the use of Chinese five spice played extremely nicely with every element of the poutine. Fair warning: wait times during rush hour are intense, but for me personally I don't factor that into ratings because that's not something even the most efficient restaurants can control. It's great to see DOSC busy; I'll be coming back for more :)

Love, love, love the atmosphere, service and food. The All Inclusive cocktail is an amazing non-alcoholic drink and I was happy to see this was still on the menu after first trying it earlier this year. Our server, Josh, was attentive and excellent. The food is so delicious! DOSC has the best brussel sprouts I've ever had, with the black garlic foam and orange glaze. The cheese bread and oxtail poutine was also delicious.

Got the steak Sammy it was great! We eat here every other week and service and food are always on point. Today some people came in while we’re having lunch, saying racist things and refusing to wear masks causing trouble. I’ll just say the staff wants to keep everyone safe and the bartender is a badass! ✊

Food is fantastic. Well worth the visit but boy o boy dont go later on. Our service from the FOH went downhill for two reasons. 1st our server left without advising that we had been switched servers (not a big deal but would have been nice to be thanked for our business) next at 10:40 what looked like the restaurant's manager or supervisor can and informed us that he was "kicking everybody out at 11:00pm" We dropped $500 on dinner, not even a thanks or would you like another drink. This is the second time we had service that was not on par with the quality of the food.

I had the most amazing and beautiful experience at DOSC! We came for cocktails and went with the Dealer's Choice. The drinks were absolutely phenomenal - the mixologists here truly know what they are doing. Big shout out to our server Jacob, who took the time to chat with us, explain the menu, and answer any questions we had. It adds so much to the experience to be met with people who are passionate and extremely knowledgeable. We will be coming back here regularly. I cannot recommend it enough! Absolutely wonderful experience.

The only downside was the little donuts on the pear dessert were quite tough and the side mashed potatoes were quite expensive.Also while I completely understand the supply chain issues - it would have been nice if the waiter had told us what was out of stock before we looked at the menu instead of when we tried to order.

DOSC is absolutely incredible. From food and beverages to overall experience and everything in between, I highly suggest adding DOSC to your list of hidden gems in Edmonton. I had been many times before and the food is like nothing else in the city, not to mention their very knowledgeable staff when it comes to creating delightful cocktail pairings. I had decided to plan my office Christmas party here because I wanted to share this culinary experience with my fellow colleagues. I am new to a team of Engineers, so I needed to wow them. Bianca, the General Manager, was one of the most professional and easy to work with managers I have ever encountered. She created a special menu and even a specialty cocktail ALL WITHIN BUDGET. If you work in corporate world, you know that they don't always allocate what they should for these types of occasions, and Bianca had no issues working within these parameters. My team was absolutely wowed by the experience. The food was incredible and made its way to our table in a perfect timely manner. The welcome cocktail which was delicious was even given a special name to reflect our engineering company and we didn't even ask for it! It was all about the little things and they were not missed. Our server Jeff was completely on top of things, and with a party of 18 of us, this was very impressive. We never needed for anything and there was SO MUCH FOOD! We ended up coming in well UNDER budget and I was stunned. Bianca and her team made me look like a superstar for planning this, when in truth, it was all her! Thank you so much to the DOSC team, and you can definitely expect us all returning very soon!Oh, and if you haven't already, you need to try the brussel sprouts with the Strip on 104th.
