The service was great and the manager even came around to say Happy Birthday to me. We came in the day of my birthday for a free breakfast and it was definitely worth it! I go every year and will be sure to be back again :)
The one star is for the customer service, for me the food was horrible. I just had a feeling it wouldn’t be good and low and behold‘s that is exactly what it was… Not good. There was egg shells in my eggs, The turkey bacon was horrible, the microwave get to the point where it was stretchy and hard, and could not be pulled apart. The best thing was the kids Oreo milkshake... it was too thick to come up in the paper straw but it taste fine. My French toast was also salty. I am so disappointed that I had to spend money on this but like I said the server Tanya did her best. And was awesome.
I was here at the Stoney Plain branch, Edmonton for breakfast and the staff are awesome! Breakfast was good, service was excellent and I even got discount for my birthday ? !! Their manager is soo good he came to each table asking if all is OK. Good job!
Went for breakfast with my family and we had one of the best services yet! We had a problem with one of our meals and the manager Ernest and server Michelle went above and beyond to help make sure we were happy and well fed! Definitely recommend for a delicious meal and great service! My kids were so happy to be treated like little humans. The manger directly spoke to them and brought them drinks. It was overall a fantastic family outing.

Being a celiac and therefore gluten free it is usually hard to find a restaurant to cater to your needs. Saw large assortment of gluten free items, and it made me feel like a kid in a candy store. Food was excellent and service supreme. Can't wait to try Denny's back at home.
The Dennys restaurant downtown edmonton Alberta have bunch of dishonest employees my mother left a personal item in there store, my mom phone them and inform of the item they said there staff member didn't see anything so if your staff member didn't see anything that means the table is still a mess and no haven't clean it. They told my mom that they checked the camera, which they didn't they lied, there customer service was poor. I then call them back and asked then the lady stated that whenever she had time she will check the camera so help me to understand how did you told my mother that you checked the camera basically you a liar.
