It was busy, but took forever to get served. Manager was good he got us drinks and refilled my coffee once. Food was cold. Had to ask several times for the sugar free syrup, I am diabetic so that is important. Once food was delivered was not asked if we needed anything else, more coffee would have been nice. Server was right there when it was time to pay.
We were staying at the Sandman hotel attached to this Dennys - so it was convenient. We were seated quickly and didn’t have to wait long for food even though it was busy. Our server Danielle was friendly and the food was really really good. I appreciated all the gluten free options, and my kids really enjoyed the pancakes. The prices were reasonable, it was about $65 for the 3 of us, and our hotel guest coupon got us $20 off of that. We will definitely eat here again, and the hotel is great too so we will be back. All around great weekend experience.
I’ve been to this location only three times, but today I received the best service I ever had here thanks to the wonderful server Anastasia! ???????? She went above and beyond to please me, including microwaving my coffee to ensure it’s piping hot- just the way I like it!- and making note of the way I prefer my omelette cooked. Everything came out exactly as I like- which did not happen in my previous visits- thanks to Anastasia being so attentive and accommodating. She is a very friendly, outgoing, exceptional server who puts her customers needs first and I hope someone whom I will have the pleasure of being my server from now on at this location! ????????
Had a great breakfast and lunch here with my family! Sonali A. was our server and she was excellent. We were well catered to, and will definitely come back to this location!

Me and my family went to the Ellerslie location before Christmas and Danielle our server was the best. She was so attentive to all of her table and very approachable and she really knows her job. She is really the best. We went back just after new year and was looking for her. We would come back as the Ellerslie location is in our community. We would always patronize Denny’s especially this location. Keep up the good work Danielle and great job Ellerslie location. Until our best visit
This was the best Dennys we have ever been to! Our Server Beverly made us feel like family and was Amazing!!!!!!!! Can’t wait to come back!Update Edit: Went back to Dennys today (Jan 22) and had Beverly again. Wow, this only our second time there and she remembered us from our last visit over a month ago. Still the best ever. Hope to get her again next time!!!!!
Usually my experience at dinning restaurants are okay, although costumer service could always improve... but today, Beverly was top notch!! Very attentive and friendly. It made me and my partner feel comfortable, by guiding us through the menu. Service was quick, yet good and attentive costumer service.Will be definitely coming back with family and friends :)

Our server Amy was fantastic and helped us out on my buddy’s 21st. He got a free birthday slam (they turned it into a lumberjack slam for us) and we had a birthday breakfast of champions! Thank you very much for the great service.
