I will absolutely never be back to this joke of a location, in the short period of time we were here not only did they mess up my husbands meal TWICE!!! Four other orders all had the same issue while we were there! They laughed in my husbands face when he asked for a refund another gentleman stated his burger was incorrect and they argued with him and when he proceeded to ask for a manager they scattered and proceeded to ignore him ! Disgusting customer service !!!
the lady cashier was very nice . Ordered 4pcs of chicken strips combo , the strips are dry and very old . Also i want to complain one of your employee a male working at this time 05:08pm June 30th .You need to train him proper way of customer service .my daughter accidentally took the order that wasn't ours . I even said sorry we took her order and could you please make another one for that customer coz my daughter already ate some and you want togive the ice cream to the customer . They way you answered me I should listen to my order I said sorry i am not familiar with your menu as I never ordered from DQ before. You sound very very rude the tone ofyour voice and the reaction of your face shows it all is that how DQ trained their employees towards their customer ? very disappointing my first ever experience in this restaurant. Also make sure you guys serve fresh foods to your customers .
Tried calling to let them know, but no one picks up. Got a Reese's pieces cookie dough Blizzard. Got home (different area of the city) to find it was rancid. The smell was really not good. Took out some of it, and I'm thinking it maybe the cookie dough? I only had one spoonful so hopefully nothing bad happens. Either way, hope you see this and check your ingredients.
Burgers are kind of dry but I like them. They are pretty good. There ice cream is there specialty. Keep up the good work.
Tiny place but the food was great and the staff were good. 4 stars even though it took a looooong time to get the food but that was expected
Ordered the 2 double cheese burger deal like I have 40 times. Show up and now its not 7.99 is 13.99 and no one let me know and the worst part was they were the worst I have had from this location. Will be sticking to Stony plain Rd or Westmont
The location is not the best but the food is always great! The mushroom burger was one of the best and the fries were hot and fresh! The staff were friendly too!
Blizzard came soft like a shake and tasted like old ice cream tub that you forgot on the deep freezer.
Always love coming here. My only gripe is the wait in the drive thru. But hey, can't rush art.
Had to repeat my order three times as the employee was wearing AirPods while working…Ordered a medium Oreo mocha fudge blizzard with extra stuff, was not charged for extra stuff. After I received my order it was wrong and had questionable tasting brownie chunks within it (which is neither Oreo, mocha or fudge). Overall disappointed.
