Couldn't hear what cashier was saying, burgers were less than satisfying ( threw half of one out.) Poutine was horrible. Fries and gravy ice cold which kept the curds from melting. By far the worst experience I have had with dairy queen.
Went last night and the ice cream was great along with the service! Thank you so much for giving my pup his very own cone what a lovely surprise!
The staff are always pleasant, friendly service, very clean dining room, and great customer service! A big shout out to Raj ( Manager ) You're the best! Thank you for your kindness!
Normally not bad, but today around 11:55am, I decided to go through the drive-through and order the new chicken basket with fry/ring, adding a diet pepsi as well. I was asked whether I wanted to order the 4 piece or 6 piece. I ordered the 6 piece (paying extra). When I arrived home, there were only 4 very small/narrow chicken tenders. This is normally one of my favorite nearby restaurants for pull-apart chicken tenders, but now I'll be frequenting this Dairy Queen less.
If you are looking for a microwaved gas station quality burger that will send you running for the can, then this is your place.Place is an absolute dump now with new owners; and the food…
Asked for vanilla milkshake, repeatedly heard yes, Banana. Confirmed at window, vanilla, was still given banana. I cannot help these staff when order was confirmed multiple times.
Waited in line in the drive-thru for OVER 30 MINUTES for 3 blizzards - on a Sunday night at 10:30 pm. One car in front of us, several behind us (so unfortunately could not back out). People were shutting their cars off. This is the absolute WORST and SLOWEST Dairy Queen I have ever been to. Not to mention all the Blizzards were missing ingredients! Ordered the Oreo mud pie which is supposed to come with fudge pieces and gummy worms. No fudge and no gummy worms were found in any blizzard. If I wanted a plain Oreo blizzard, I would have ordered that. Management needs to do some serious work on customer service, speed of service, and accuracy of orders. I will never visit this DQ again and will advise everyone to steer clear of this location. Driving an extra 10 minutes out of your way to go to another location will still be quicker than ordering from this one. If I could give it zero stars, I would.
I think they actually have real chicken now...if not then they are getting better at the bleached minced chicken parts to make it look and taste real....This is at 75th street and 76 Ave. Edmonton AB......Dairy Queen (not a Queen at all)the photo is from the last time i was there ... this it's supposed to be a family size french fries and onion rings that were way over cooked dried out and we figure it was under the lights for at least 8 hours.... very bad quality food that my friend ate anyway cuz he was starving to death and if he hadn't been starving we would have thrown it out... after about four bites he threw his out anyway... I didn't even touch it.... it was so bad that I can't believe a restaurant would serve this to anybody even an animal that had really good teeth to chew it.... very disappointed and I will never go back to this restaurant or any other Dairy Queen ever ever again.... we got the family size because my friend was really hungry .... it was smaller than a child size portion ...and we also got a burger for him and the burger was on a bun that was dried out and was way more than a week old and the burger itself was about 8 mm thick very thin and very dried out.... just a mess from beginning to end..... they don't care at this restaurant so don't go there save your money and by a piece of meat from a dog food processing plant because it would be better quality then this restaurant...a wasted $14.00 for next to no food....
Food is always fresh, but go inside this one the drive through is at least a solid 7 to 10 min wait at most.
Arshi is the nicest person ive ever dealt with in food service , they make the food very good and neat , I hope here manager appreciates her.
