Decent food and iced treats but cant believe the drive in is taking over 30 minutes...what is going on...I'm still here...please let me out i don't need the blizzard that badly, can't now as cars behind me....dangit..

I popped over for dinner. Ordered my chicken sandwich. Sat down with my book....my meal was ready before I opened the book. I was surprised how quickly it was ready. I mentioned to the young person and she said "it's fast food" . One bite told me that Chicken had been sitting waiting for me for awhile! Dry, chewy, old, gross. Won't ever be back.
Went to order 2 poutines. They only give me one then tell me to wait out front. Literally sat out front for more than 15 minutes while every single person came and went. Then went into the store to see what was going on just to find the entire staff standing around and talking. I then asked if they forgot about me and they tell me that they're just getting to it now. I told them I'd appreciate it if they dealt with my order first since I've been waiting awhile before everyone and the manager just scolds me with a very rude "excuse me" then waves her manager status in my face. I would never recommend this location to anyone and will be staying away from now on
Went through the drive thru. Took a while for my order to come and when I got to my destination, I did not have a fork for my poutine. Staff was nice enough but seemed flustered and had trouble hearing through the speaker (most likely a device issue)
Staff are friendly and give quick service. However, food portions are getting smaller and prices are increasing. I paid $14 for a slush, 4 chicken strips and small basket of fries. While the dining room was clean, I was concerned with the condition of the bathroom. The sink barely dispensed any water making it almost impossible to wash my hands. Cleanliness should be at the forefront as employees handle our food without gloves. Was expecting better especially as we are still going through a pandemic
Ordered a burger and a 6 piece chicken strip basket + a single burger. After a long wait I got to the window. They only gave me a 6 piece chicken strip (no fries) and the burger all while charging me the full basket with fries + burger price.Also didn't include a recipe in the bag.While being very conveniently located for me this location has lost my business.Would recommend you steer clear of this location.

The staff working the morning/afternoon of April 9th are the nicest people. And they worked at lightening speed.
I mean common DQ your like pushing it telling me your only $Your definitely $$.Like comon we need way more fries for the price bud.
