Isn’t relish part of a condiment for a hot dog? I asked the cashier if I can have a bit of relish. She said it was extra charge. Thought about paying for the extra charge of relish, but why give them that extra $0.50. I’m not trying to be cheap but it’s not moral to pay for relish for a hot dog.
Purchased an ice cream cake for a birthday party, didn't notice it had excessive freezer burn on the cake until the day of the party. (purchased another ice cream cake from a different DQ, because bday party wasn't close to original store) Tried to return it with receipt the next day they said no its just frost. Unacceptable, will be contacting manager to discuss.update: Manager was helpful and refunded the money, just wish we didn't have to go back twice and speak with two different DQ's clerks about a frost bitten cake that was probably sitting there way too long.
Worst service and unprofessional staff. Had latte which is not prepared as dq make it at other locations
